A L E S S I O

This morning is different from any before.

Olivia Moore is in my bed. She's in my arms.

I turn over onto my side and look at her petite frame dressed in the pink nightgown.

Her soft and pink lips are parted slightly. Small snores are coming from her as she slumbers soundly.

Looking at her I'm just grateful she's here. She is safe.

If I didn't show up when I did who knows what that fuck Austin would've tried with her. I should've known he was bad news.

He's a walking dead man. I'll kill him.

When the time is right.

I already had so much going on with Alejandro's gang and then this just happens to pop up at the perfect time.

After Alejandro had declared a turf war and tried to attack our club, we decided to make a move of our own.

Let's just say he shouldn't have been drunk and without his buddies after a night of partying.

It was a quick death for him and his head ended up in a box delivered to his brother.

After our fun with sending out a message to his boy scouts, I had a chance to talk to Olivia. Hearing her voice was everything I needed at that moment.

It also helped locate her phone.

I wanted to see her so bad and I know it is creepy as fuck to stalk women. I just had a weird feeling and after getting word back from uncle Mateo that Austinw as walking her home, I felt like I needed to be there.

I had been at a local club of ours that night with the boys. The three of us were handling some business, cutting lines of coke up on the table.

My phone rang and I answered it immediately. "Talk."

"Ms. Moore is being escorted by the boy."

My body tensed up quickly. I wasn't in my right mind at all.

I'm not really into partying, but there are days where I need the drugs and alcohol to function. A girl next to me had leaned over and tried to kiss my neck.

I put my hand against her and told her to move away.

"Austin?" I said into the phone.

Mateo started listing off his identifying descriptions which only confirmed what I had feared.

Austin and his family seemed normal for the most part, until I decided to have Beto help me with some research.

I discovered Austin was a sexual deviant and had two attempted sexual assault cases that were dropped against him back when he was fifteen years old.

He also had several charges against him as young as twelve years old when he attended a school in another state and had been involved in several fist fights with men and women alike.

Apparently, his police officer daddy had a way of getting his drug addict son out of trouble when he decided to pop too many pills and attack women.

The case was dismissed before the trial even happened. According to what we found, the families were paid to shut their mouths.

Austin was free to walk and would continue to prey on the girls he wanted.

"Thanks for helping, Maeo," I told him on the phone and waved Beto over. "I'll take it from here."

The phone call ends and Beto sits down next to me. "What's going on?"

"I have some things I need to take care of," I told him and slipped my jacket on. "I need you and Giovanni to finish here. Make sure the deal is done before you leave."

He nods and leans down to finish cutting the coke that was laid out on the scale. I looked around the dim room over to where Giovanni was chatting it up with our potential business partner and hollering at the strippers performing for them.

I trusted him with the business and right now, Olivia is what matters the most.
