After watching the others do dumb shit for a while I want to go home. I get up and say bye and Payton comes to my car with me.

"I told my mum you were busy and couldn't make it the other night" he said "she said to see if you can reschedule for after Christmas"

"I'm sorry for getting shit faced in the park instead of going to yours" I say "After Christmas should be fine though"

"Ok, I'll let her know" he says

"Want a lift home" I ask as I open the car door

"Sure" he says getting in with me

I drive to his house, before he gets out he tells me to wait here. He goes in the house and I wait, not long after he comes out with a bag and gets back in the car.

"Is it ok if I stay with you tonight" he asks

"Of course, any particular reason" I say backing out of his drive way

"Nope just want to be with you" he says making me blush

I drive back to my house and let my mum know Paytons staying for the night. We go back to my room and watch tv.

"What do you want to order" I ask

"I don't mind you choose" he says

"No I always choose, what do you want" I ask again

"Fine, chick fil a" he says

"Ok, I'll go get some" I say getting up and getting my keys

"Your not leaving me here, I'm coming with you" he says also getting up

I ask if my mum or Ava want anything. I drive to chick fil a and go through the drive thru. I get what everyone wanted, then drive back home. I give my mum and Ava their food before we go back to my room.

"Its Christmas tomorrow, you still excited for Christmas" Payton asks

"Yeah I guess but not as much. When do we have to be back at school" I ask

"At the latest the morning of the fourth but it opens on the second" he says

"Are we going to tell them when we get back" I ask

"No they can figure it out" he says

"Gunna be hard to do, we don't act any different" I say "We still having our movie night Friday" I ask

"Sure, we could have it at mine and you could meet my mum" he says

"She really wants to meet me" I say ad he nods "Fine I will come to yours on Friday" I say and he smiles

When we finish our food I take the rubbish downstairs. Then I get ready for bed and lay with Payton while we watch tv. I don't pay a lot of attention though.

"Thank you for everything you've done for me. Even when we were just friends" I say

"I would do anything for you Kaden, even if I'm not in your life anymore. I've liked you from the moment I saw you and I don't think I'll ever stop" he says and it makes my heart melt a little

"What did I do to deserve you" I mumble loud enough for him to here

I slowly start to fall asleep, I wrap my arm around Payton and rest my head on his chest. He moves a piece of hair out of my face and tucks it behind me ear.

"Goodnight beautiful" he says and kisses my forehead

(Time skip - after Christmas)
Its Friday which means I have to go to Paytons today. I'm so nervous, adults dont usually like me. They hear about my drinking and bad behaviour and all of a sudden I'm some terrible person. I feel like I'm just going to mess it up some how.
