(Sunday)
I spent yesterday unpacking and spending time with Ava. Apparently she's got a boyfriend now but honestly I don't care. Today Esther demanded everyone goes to her house. Her mums at work all day it will only be us.
I get out of bed and get ready for the day. I wear a hoodie and jeans like most days and don't do any make up. I go downstairs for some breakfast and watch tv in the living room. I get some things before leaving for Esther's. Her house is only a ten minute walk away and I get their at midday, I'm the first one there like expected. Jamie and Kai get here and we watch tv in the living room and watch tv and talk.
"Are we going to the park later" Kai asks
"Yeah" Esther says
"If your going to be drinking then no" I say
"Your no fun" Kai says
"That's not what you used to say" I say laughing "Plus I'm two months sober again and I dont plan on breaking it" I say
"I can't drink I got school tomorrow" Jamie says
"Kinda sucks we don't have the same school holidays" I say
We carry on talking until the door goes again. Esther goes and gets it, she comes back with Payton. He sits next to Esther and on her other side is me. We go back to watching tv and talking every so often. After a while Esther gets up and goes upstairs taking me with her.
"What do you need" I ask sitting on her bed
"I'm going to the toilet wait here" she says before leaving her room again.
Instead of her coming into her room Payton comes in. We give each other a confused look before the door shuts and I hear it lock. I walk up to the door and try to open it but it doesn't open.
"You know I can unlock this from the inside right" I say to Esther who I know is on the other side
"I know that's why there's a chair on this side stopping you from getting out" she says. I unlock the door and try to open it but it wont move.
"Esther open the door" Payton says
"Not until you guys sort things out" she says
"We have" I say "we are friends remember" I say to her
"I know. My first plan didn't work so this is the only thing I could think off to get you guys together gain" she says
"Your dead when I leave this room" I say
"Ok love you bye" she says walking away.
I sit down at her desk and Payton sits on her bed. We don't talk for a bit and the awkward silence gets too much so I go in my phone. I text Esther a few times but she airs me so I put my phone down.
"I'm sorry" Paytons says finally breaking the silence
"Its fine I'm over it and I forgave you ages ago" I say "Now I'm mad at her"
"I know but I still feel bad" he says
"And I still feel bad for kissing Kai. I always felt bad but after I know what it feels like to see that and it felt worse" I say
"I was over it by the end of the day. I could see how bad you felt so I trusted you not to do it again" he says
"I never said it back but I never stopped loving you too" I say " I didn't realise that I did till after you said it for the first time, but the more I thought about it the more I realised I love you" I finish. I get up and walk towards him until I'm standing in front of him.
"I meant it every time is said it, I know it was the worst timing but it was still true." he says "Your all I ever wanted"
"All I want is for you to be mine again" I say
"Then I'm yours" he says and I kiss his and he kisses me back. After a bit we pull away and I laugh a little. "What you laughing at" he asks
"Just how cute you are" I say
I go to open the door but its still locked obviously, I sit back down on the bed next to Payton. I get my phone out and go on it.
"I'll text her" he says
"No wait a bit" I say '"Why" he asks confuses
"Just because" I say
I put the tv on and I rest my head on his shoulder. After watching a little tv I get up and go to the door. I start banging on the door and screaming Esther's name. I stop when I hear her walk up the stairs.
"Have you worked it out" she asks
"Yes now let us out" I say. I hear some movement on the other side of the door and the it opened and Payton walks straight out. "Before you ask yes were back together"
"Yay I knew it would work" She says with a smile
"Thank you I guess" I say "I can now confirm I am a top" I say with a smile that made hers fades away
"You didn't" she says and I stand there smiling "Ewwww gross...omg and its with my cousin. I going to puke" she says and I start laughing "Its not funny" she says
I walk away and go downstairs. I sit next to Payton and he puts his arm around me and we watch tv with the others. Soon after Esther comes downstairs with her bed sheets and puts them in the wash. She then comes in the living room and sits on the same sofa as Jamie and Kai.
"I cant believe you fucked in my bed" she says looking over at us and I start laughing
"What no we- Seriously Kaden" Payton says looking at me and I manage to stop laughing
"I had to get her back somehow and it was funny" I say
"Wait so you didn't do it" she asks
"No dumbass" I say
"Thank god" she sighs with relief
We stay at hers for a few more hours before I drive everyone home apart from Payton. I take him home with me. No ones home yet, we go to my room and cuddle while watching tv. I hear my mum and Ava get home but I ignore them, well at least until Ava comes in my room without knocking.
"What did I tell you about knocking" I say to her
"What is he doing here" she asks looking at Payton
"Oh Esther made us sort things out and were back together" I say
"You need to start telling me theses things because I would have killed him" she says "Any way mum wants to know what you want for dinner" she asks
"Are you staying for dinner" I ask Payton
"No mums already made it at home" he says
"Ok, Ill have chicken nuggets and chips" I sat and she leaves
Payton eventually goes home for dinner and I watch tv for the rest of the night.
