Chapter - 17

“ Youn know , it sounds like President. But Do you think he was about to say ‘President’ only  ?” Aalisha asked

“I don't know Aalisha! You tell me something , why would a CBI officer kill a common man who would try to kill the killer of the president of our country?” Arjun asked

“ Wait wait wait ... How do you know Pranav is a CBI officer? ” Aalisha asked

“ I checked on the internet. But that's not very important. The important thing is that, if he is a CBI officer , then why he himself didn't the find the man out? Why he chose us to find for him? And the main question is WAS HE REALLY ABOUT TO SAY PRESIDENT?” Arjun asked

“ And also why will Pranav kill the would be killer of the President of our country?” Aalisha replied

“Exactly !! I think Pranav  hid something very big from us!! It was not President ... I am sure, he meant something else!! But how will we know , what he wanted to say??” Arjun asked

“ Maybe Pranav could not kill someone being a CBI officer that's why Pranav used both of us , so that he can kill that man and nobody will even ask anything!! Tumhe pata hi hai Arjun , we are private detectives. And He works under Government. So he can simply say to the higher authorities that he killed the man to save others life because the man was carrying a revolver and fired at everyone” Aalisha said.

“Exactly !! Let's do something.. tommorow, we will search his home being a maid. As because he has many maids working at his home.. it won't be difficult for us to get in.. What do you say?” Arjun asked

“Okay !! Done We will work according to the plan !!” Aalisha replied

The next day , Aalisha and Arjun went to Pranav's home being a housekeeper. They both used cholorophine and removed the  two of the housekeeper from Pranav's home and took their place and entered.

Just when Aalisha was about to enter the kitchen Pranav saw her .

“Excuse me !! Who are you ?? What are you doing in my home??” Pranav asked

“Sir jii , I am Latika.. Sima , your maid is not well sir, so she has said me to come at her place.” Aalisha said changing her voice.

“Okay okay.. I want my breakfast right now. I am being too late.. Go and bring it to us fast!! " Pranav ordered.

After having the breakfast, Pranav left his home

“Aalisha ... Aalisha !! ” Arjun called Aalisha in a low voice so that no one can hear him.

Aalisha came near to Arjun .

“Lets go and find some clues . This is the perfect time. ”

Arjun and Aalisha started searching the whole home.

“Arjun come to Pranav's room. ” Aalisha shouted

“What happened Aalisha?”

“Look what I found from the dustbin. Torn pieces of a picture" Aalisha replied

At that moment of time both of them heard someone coming coming towards the bedroom of Pranav's.

“We have get out from this room just now otherwise we will be caught!! ” Aalisha said

“Yupp there's no place to hide in this room.. we have to jump from the window!!” Arjun replied

“Okay , but what if...”

“No what if.. First you then me.. it's not too high..  we can do it..” Arjun said

The sound of someone coming came very closer to the room.

Soon Aalisha and Arjun both of them jumped from the window .

“ Are you okay Aalisha?" Arjun asked

“Yess I am fine and you?"

“I am okay.. let's get out of here"

Both of them got up in the car and left the place.

Both of them came back home.

“ Wow that was real fun!!” Aalisha said

“Of course biwi jii.. We were together na.. isliye.. Now let's attach the pieces and see what it is " Arjun replied

Soon both of them attached the pieces of the torn picture.

“Well it looks like it's a mining factory or something” Aalisha said

“Yess and see at the back side of the pic.. something is written..” Arjun replied

“ Amrit Nagar”

“ So the picture would be clear only when we reach there” Arjun said

“And also the mystery behind the word ‘PRESI’ will come out. ” Aalisha replied.
