Her POV

("Celestina, I'm sorry I can't come on the meeting, I'm currently in a tight situation, just send me the information that you've got and I'll send you an email if I noticed something on the information") sabi ni Winter sa kabilang linya.

I sighed, "alright take care" sabi ko saka pinatay ang tawag.

Nasabihan ko na din si Kiefer at tanging siya lang ang makakapunta.

Good thing is that malapit lang siya dito sa bansa.

I am currently reading the report from our boss when my phone suddenly ring.

"Hello?" Bungad na tanong ko pagka sagot ko ng tawag.

("Celestina.. It's me.. Desiree")

Napakunot ang noo ko saka muling tinignan ang caller's ID.

"How did you get my phone number?" I asked.

Hindi naka register ang number niya sa phone ko kaya nakakapagtaka na natawagan niya ako.

("I-it doesn't matter! I need to talk to Zepp now!") Tila nagmamadaling sabi niya mula sa kabilang linya.

"He can't" simpleng sabi ko at ibababa na sana ako tawag ng sumigaw siya.

("Damn it! Just let me talk to him!")

I clicked my tongue out of annoyance.

"I said he can't" malamig na sambit ko.

("Please I love Zepp, I need to talk to him. I need to hear his voice, I want to be with him") desperadong sabi niya.

"Kiefer" bati ko kay Kiefer saka siya niyakap pagpasok niya sa bahay.

"How are you? I mean after you gave birth to your son" sabi niya na nakasimangot.

I'm not even surprised ng malaman niya ang tungkol sa panganganak ko dahil alam kong updated siya lagi pagdating sa akin.

"Where's your husband?" Nagtataka niyang tanong.

Well except that since sikreto ang pag-alis nila Zepp.

"He spent a vacation somewhere with my son" sabi ko at bumuntong-hininga.

"I guess we need to talk now about something important" biglang seryosong sabi niya.

I nodded and handed him a folder.

Pagkabuklat niya nito ay agad niya itong binasa.

Ilang sandali pa ay tumingin siya sa akin.

I sighed and started talking.
"As you can see, that's the report from my spy on his place and as what it says, they're already on their move. I still don't know what is their plans but one's thing for sure.." I trailed off.

He looked at me seriously.

"Hindi lang si Zepp ang puntirya nila." madiin kong sabi.

He shrugged. "Well that's what also I think since they're after Zepp from the fist place anyway".

I sighed.

"I'm also bothered na baka alam nila ang tungkol sa anak namin ni Zepp at idamay ang bata" nakayuko kong sabi.

I can't help but to feel uneasy and scared. Knowing that my son's life might be at stake... I can't help but to tremble.

"Alright now that you're asking help, I'll lend you a hand" sabi ni Kiefer kaya napatingin ako sa kanya.

"What are friends for right?" Nakangiti niyang sabi.

I nodded and said my thanks.

"So what's your plan? Ngayong alam mong hindi lang si Zepp ang puntirya nila?" Tanong niya.

"I haven't thought of any at the moment yet but I need to make sure to wipe out our enemies to eliminate risks and danger" sabi ko kaya naman tumango siya.

"Alright let's make a concrete plan"

Naapa hampas sa lamesa dahil sa inis.

Kanina pa ako dito nakaharap sa laptop ko at sinusubukang ihack ang system ng nagsend sa akin ng email kanina lang.

The email contains all the information about Zepp with a threat that they will kill him.

Good thing is that it seems they didn't know that we have a child.

"Why don't you eat first?"

Napatingin ako kay Kiefer na nilapag sa table yung plastic na bitbit niya.

Nalalanghap ko pa ang pagkain sa loob nun kaya bigla akong nagutom.

"Kumain ka muna para kumalma ka. You can't think clearly if you're hungry" sabi niya saka ngumiti.

Sumulyap ako sa laptop saka ko ibinalik ang tingin sa pagkain.

I have no choice but to eat the food since nagugutom na talaga ako.

Pagkatapos kumain ay muli kong binalikan ang laptop ko at sinubukang ihack ang system dahil kanina ko pa na track ang location ng sender. Yung system lang talaga yung kelangan ko.

"They're doing rounds in your house. They're out of the perimeter but they're watching you from afar" sabi niya saka ipinakita sakin ang picture ng silhouette ng mga spy.

I smirked. "I know that and they were too dumb on not noticing that their target wasn't here, or they were just that bold to let their spy flaunt themselves infront of me" usal ko habang nagtitipa sa keyboard.

Hindi siya sumagot at doon ko lang napansin sa system na hinahack ko ay hindi pala yung buong system.

Bakit 'di ko napansin agad 'to?

"Because you're not focusing" sagot ni Kiefer na mukhang nabasa ang iniisip ko.

"Look, the location may look suspicious but you know that our enemy here were not dumb enough to let you track them" sabi niya na naiiling.

Napahawak ako sa ulo ko at napapikit.

How can I be that dumb? Damn it.
"We will find another way to track their main location. For now I will hire an insider to collect some information about our enemy, we need to know more about our enemy right? For now let's rest because that is what we need right at the moment" sabi niya saka sinara ang laptop ko.

Tinuro ko sa kanya ang guest room sa taas habang naiwan ako dito sa baba habang malalim parin ang iniisip.
