The Champions

I sat with Mione in the grate hall and the boys where on the other side , I watched as people out their names into the goblet of fire and I saw Cedric come into the room. We put his name in and a lot of people cheered. He made eye contact with me and walked up to me and his friends behind him

" hello Cassie"

" hello Ced, I see you put your name in" I said and at this point mione looked up from her book and now looked at Cedric and I.

" yeh , I don't think I'll get chosen though but you always have to try" he said and I smiled at him, a sad smiled

" yeh , I guess.."

" you didn't want me to put my name in did you?" He said and he sat down next to me and placed his hand on my shoulder

" no not really , but only because I don't want you to get hurt Ced. People had died in this before , what if you die" I looked up at him and he gave me a soft smile

" if I do get chosen , i promise I won't die okay." He said

" okay" I said and he stood up and walked out with his friends who said bye to me.

I could feel mione looking at me so I turned to look at her

" what?"

" he so likes you" she said an carried on reading

The Weasleys twins had a plan to get past the age line and let's just say it didn't work and now they where fighting in the ground looking like old men . They stoped when Viktor came in very dramatically might I add and I saw victor put his name in and looked at Mione  when he did so and then walked out and I turned to mione and smirked

" he so likes you" I said using her words against her and she just hid me at the back of the head with a book

It was time , time for the Champions to be chosen and to saw I was nervous would me and understatement . Harry has to put his hand on my knee to stop it from bouncing up and down

" now the moment you've all been waiting for , the champion selection" dad said and he dinners the lights for effect . He walked up to the goblet and put his hands on it . The flame went red and shot a piece of paper out and dad grabbed it

"The Durmstrang champion is Viktor Krum" dad said and we clapped , I knew he would be chosen

The goblet did its thing again

" the champion for Beauxbatons is Fleur Delacour" dad said and I had no idea who that it but I guess I do now.

The goblet turned red again and the Hogwarts champion would be revealed and I leaned forward a bit

" the Hogwarts champion is Cedric Diggory" dad said and I was worried for him but I remembered his promise so it calmed me a bit

" excellent we now have are tree champions. But in the end only one with go down in history, only one will hoist this chalice of champions this vessel of victory , the Triwizard cup" dad said and pointed to the cup

But all of a sudden the goblet started to do some weird shit and turned red again and a fourth piece of paper flew out and I knew what that meant , a fourth champion, this shouldn't be happening.

I hoped it wasn't the person who I think it was , please Godric don't let it be Harry.

Dad took the paper and read the name out

" Harry Potter!"

No...

" Harry Potter!" Dad Said again and I looked at Harry and he looked at me telling me that he had no bloody clue what was going on.

I grabbed Harry's had and pulled him up and dragged him towards dad

Dad gave him the piece of paper and I saw it was Harry's name .  Harry just stood there looking at it and I dragged him again towards the door where the other champions had gone through and everyone just stared at him and I stoped at faced everyone

" Mind your own fucking business you noisy sods , or ill hex you all to oblivion!!!"I yelled and everyone now looked at me and I saw Minnie trying not to laugh at my out burst.

Harry and I went through the door and Harry grabbed my hand and stoped me.

" I didn't-"

" I know" I said and squeezed his hand.

The other champions saw us and Cedric looked at me and spoke

" Cassie what's going on"

" the goblet chose another champion, one who didn't even put his name in" I Said motioning to Harry

" how did he get chosen if he didn't put his name in" Viktor said

" that's what I'm going to find out , but I'll tell you this, Harry doesn't want to be here and I hope that my dad won't let him join as one it's unfair on you three and two , something isn't right about this as someone wanted Harry to join and the reason my not be a good one" I said and the original three champions looked at me and nodded and Harry gave me a smile of gratitude , which went when dad stormed in and grabbed Harry by the shoulders and pushed him

" HARRY! DID YOU PUT YOUR NAME INTO THE GOBLET OF FIRE!" Dad asked ' calmly' ....not.

" no sir" Harry said back

" did you ask one of the older students to do it for you?"

" no sir"

" your absolutely sure?"

" yes , yes sir"

" but of corse he is lying" the french tall lady said and I looked at her with anger and dad saw it and I swear he said poor lady

" Oi! How dare you come in here and say that Harry is lying!Yes I understand you are pissed at the fact that Hogwarts now has a 50% chance of beating your foreign asses but that gives you no right to say that Harry is lying as there is one thing I'm sure of is that Harry does not tell lies! You may be somewhat of a Giant but you have half a brain! Now stand there patiently and wait till what Mr Crouch say as at the end of the day it is his decision not yours! And that goes for the rest of you!!" Yell at the lady and she goes quiet and all the champions try not to laugh at her shocked expression.

"We'll leave this to you Barty" dad said

" the rules are absolute, the goblet of fire constitutes a binding magical contract . Mr Potter has no choice , he is as of tonight a Triwizard champion"
