You decided that the best thing to do was get him off your back by telling him everything. You were a bit worried that he would think less of you, since you were a bit overly emotional from unanswered texts. But he would never understand how much that boy meant to you.

"(Y/n), you can tell me," Suga said, breaking your zone-out.

"I..." Struggling to get words out, you decided to tell the short version of the story. "Okay."

He watched you take a deep breath to calm yourself before you decided to just YOLO it.

"I had a friend... back before I had moved to the Americas. He was always there for me. Now that I moved back to Japan, he isn't. I should've known it was all pity. It's been a week, he hasn't contacted me. No texts, no calls. I'm tired of people leaving me. You're going to leave me too, aren't you? You're going to leave me, and I'll be alone," You rambled, grabbing the sides of your head, biting your lip to stop your cries.

"(Y/n)," Suga put his hand on your shoulder. "(Y/n), listen. I'm not going to leave you. You're never alone in this world. There are some people that won't be there for the entirety of your life, but I promise that I'm not one of them. I've only known you for a couple of days but it feels like it's been years. I won't leave you. You're not alone. You're never alone."

In response, you smiled for him. And it was genuine.

All that was heard between you two were your quiet sniffles, but it wasn't awkward. It was serene and comfortable. You wished time would just stop.

Since you had met the team, you felt more open and comfortable than you had in years.

You had become close friends with each and every one of them in the past couple of days, and you hoped to get away from your own mind with them as well. Come to think, wasn't Tokyo training camp in only a couple of days? You glanced up at Suga, zoning off into his beautiful cinnamon-colored eyes as the distance between you two became less...

And less...

"TOBE FLYYYYYY-"

Embarrassed at what might have happened- you wouldn't have kissed, right? That was all your imagination, right? Good thing your phone went off- you avoided eye contact with the boy beside you.

Wait.

Your phone.

Went off.

Without even looking at the flashing screen, you clicked the green "answer button and held it up to your ear.

Your heart skipped a beat.

"(Y/n)?"
