Damn. Another sad story.
Eh why not?

*This is a different story of kidnapped.*

Nishkata died in hospital. The surgeons had done everything to save him. But it was too late. He had lost too much blood.

He was given an award for his brave actions. And his body will be buried in heroes memorial graveyard.

*The day had came*

Takagi. And everyone from the school arrived at Tokyo. And arrived at the funeral house.

"Nishkata.." takagi thought. As she saw his body in the casket

She had lost her most beloved person. And with it. She lost her sanity. She broke down in front of the casket. While her friends tried to comfort her.

The priest arrived. And lead the prayer. Soon the casket was closed. And was carried to the cemetery.

They looked as they saw the casket lowered. They gave their last farewell. Before leaving. Including takagi who was still crying.

As takagi left. Nishkata's parents gave her Nishkata's diary.

"I think. He would want you to have this" Nishkata's parents said to takagi

"Thank you." Takagi replied

As she boarded back the train. She opened nishkata's diary

She opened the last page

*March 20 2020?*

Tomorrow is the day. The operation will take place. I had been practicing for weeks. And I fell bad for leaving my friends. But it may be for the better. So if I die they will not know

I felt I should have confessed to takagi before all of this. But it's for the better. Her live is more important than anything I know.

Reading the diary made her cry even more. She felt exhausted and felt asleep. In the train

"Takagi San?" A voice said

"N.. Nishkata?" Takagi asked as she realized who's voice it is.

Suddenly a pair of arms went around her. It felt so real

"Nishkata! You're alive!" Takagi said happily

Nishkata though didn't

"No. Takagi. This is the afterlife." Nishkata said to her

Her smile faded away. As she realized what he said

"So.. how am I?" Takagi asked but got cutted off

"Your alive. This is your dream. And I'm in it" Nishkata said back

Takagi was about to burst into tears

"I don't want you to go! I want to stay with you!" Takagi said

"Shh.. we will meet again. But please.." Nishkata said

"Please?" Takagi asked confused

"I want you to keep on living"
Nishkata said sadly

Takagi startled a bit hugged him back. And smiled.

"Don't worry I will." Takagi said smiling

"Don't worry takagi. We will meet soon. But before this ends can I tell you something?" Nishkata asked

"Yes Nishkata?" Takagi replied

"I. I love you. I wish I could tell you before this. But I really do." Nishkata said crying

"I love you too. Don't forget that. I will never find someone else!" Takagi said promising

"I know you won't. Now live a successful life!" Nishkata said

Takagi woke up back at her house. Her parents brought her home when she was asleep.

She decided to make the most out of her life.

"I will not fail you Nishkata. Even after death." Takagi said

*10 years later*

Takagi was now an adult. She passed highschool. And never failed any classes.

Then she got to Tokyo University. She studied hard. And got a scholarship.

In university. A lot of boys liked her. But she never got together with any of them. Even if they were rich or famous.

She kept every word she said to Nishkata. She never forgotten Nishkata. Or what could have happened if he didn't save her.

" This is all for you Nishkata."
Takagi always thought when she faced problems

She found a job at a city. As an office worker. She loved her job. And was paid well.

Now she had an adopted daughter.
She gave her the name

"Chi Nishkata"

Now. She went back to heroes cemetery. With her daughter chi.
All those memories with Nishkata resurfaced. As she stood at the grave.

"Nishkata. If only you know how I missed you.." takagi said.

"Mommy? Who is this mommy?" Chi asked

"It's a long story. I will tell you at home." Takagi said to her daughter.

She putted some flowers on the grave. And prayed for him.

She rode back the train to a small house near her hometown. It was not small. But not large.

She opened back her photo book

"I still remember this." Takagi said to the picture. Smiling and crying

She closed the book and continued with her live. Determined to have a better life. And to never forget Nishkata

*70 years later.*

Takagi sat near the lake near her house. She was 90 years old. And the last one to live with her pack of friends.

Chi was now growned up with her own teaser. Married and happy. She founded a business. And with her husband sanae. Worked hard.

Takagi was happy for what she did to her. She always never forgotted about her daughter. And neither does her daughter forgot her mom.

She knew her time was almost up. She was going to die soon. She looked around. While looking at her book.

Suddenly. She felt her breath became slower

"It's time." Takagi thought

She closed her eyes and took one last breath.

After 78 years she had lived a successful and peaceful life. And she never found anyone else to replace her love.

"Takagi." A voice said

She woke up upon the clouds. Her young self. She realized somebody was holding her hand.

It was her one and only Nishkata.

"Nishkata!" Takagi said hugging him

"I missed you." Nishkata said back.

"So.. I'm dead.?" Takagi asked

"Yeah.. but I'm glad you remembered your promises" Nishkata said

"I will never forget you silly!" Takagi said

"Even after your death. I will never forget." She continued

"Me too takagi. Me too."
