Mikoto is standing at the footbridge near by the 7th district, when five guys came to assault her. Those guys are bothering her, said the lady who see's Mikoto. Maybe we should call the Judgement or Antiskill, said the man who's with the lady. Sigh! Here we go again, Never has a dull moment in lovely Academy City, said by Mikoto with a bored look on her face like she always deal with those punks.

Meanwhile

Tourist Guide Lady: Welcome to Academy City, a thriving urban area with a total of population of 2.3 million, 80% are students who studies and improving their esper powers by means of improving their Personal Reality.
Why are you here students?
Children: We're here for esper powers.
Child 1: I'm gonna be an esper.
Tourist Giude Lady: Ok just get back to your seats and enjoy for a moment.

Then suddenly the bus and everyone crashed. The passengers screamed for a while.

Tourist Guide Lady: Whoa! What was that? Did we hit something?

The traffic signals were out.

Kuroko's POV

I am running to the back alleys to capture those criminals.

Kuroko: Hold it right there you punk! In the name of Judgement. I was ordered to capture you, it looks like today isn't your day!

Kuroko handcuffs the hands of the criminal that she had been captured.

Kuroko: This is Kuroko Shirai, I just captured one of the criminals. Uiharu can I get where are the other criminals?
Uiharu: Take the left on the end of the alley and another left after five minutes from that. Kuroko: Copy that on it!

Then I ran to what Uiharu told me to capture the other criminals and I see them that these guys are beat up.

Kuroko: Hold in the name of Judgement! I'm here to.

I did not finnished what I'm going to say then I saw a girl with a Tokiwadai uniform standing infront of me.

?????: Oh, hey Kuroko.
Kuroko: Sissy!

While we are walking, as usual I am always scolding her by beating those punks without my conscent.

Kuroko: Hey! Sissy! How many times would you understand, maintaining the peace and order is a work of Judgement not regular citizens. And you should not beat another students without authorizations.
Mikoto: (ignores Kuroko with a serious face)
Kuroko: Are you even listening Sissy!

Just I always told her a million times.

Mikoto: Then you should show a little sooner.

We go to the vending machine while arguing what happened earlier then as usual, she just kick the vending machine to get a drink.

Kuroko: Sissy what am I gonna do with you? I always seeing you wearing those shorts under your skirt. (soft annoying tone)
Mikoto: I wear it beacause it's so easy to——.

She did not finnished what she's saying to me because I put my hand to her mouth and we just teleported to escape when the machine alarm activated and the security robots came.

Kuroko: Is that really necessary? You've got into trouble if you're not careful.

Until an airplane moves above us and we remembered our system scans.
