The New Member of Judgement

Narrator's POV

A week after the incident, Chelia decides to join Judgement in order to protect Wendy and Academy City. At first Kuroko disagree to her sister's decision because Chelia is also a target of Lyon and the dark mages. However there are issues like the Poltergeisting events happening in Academy City, then Kuroko finally agrees.

Kuroko: You know what Chelia, I remember the time when I joined Judgement when I was in 6th grade. I joined Judgement because I believe in justice and I admit, I wanna play the role of hero which sometimes I ended up getting hurt. Let me tell you the story about I handled my first robbery case.
Chelia: Ok.
Kuroko: Its all started one day at the bank near 7th district.

Senario of the Bank Robbery Case

Kuroko's POV

Konori-senpai train me to do Judgement work in the field like we were patrolling around the street alleys and checking if there's wrong in any areas we went. Since that I'm still an elementary student, they always giving me the simple job like research. I ask Konori-senpai, when will I became a full pledge officer like her?

Konori: Don't be so upset if you're still doing research, I know you're an honor student but it's too dangerous for you to handle crime situations. Now you stay here, I'll treat you some ice cream after I withdraw some cash.

I really hate it when she treats me like a child, I'll be a middle schooler on next spring. I enters the bank and wait for her then a girl call my name and waves at me.

Uiharu: Shirai (waving while smiling)
Kuroko: Uiharu. What are you doing here?
Uiharu: Well next spring is middle school, so I decided to look around the schools and see the dorms.
Kuroko: Do you accompanying a friend?
Uiharu: No ofcourse not. I decided to go on myself.
Kuroko: (She has the same age as I am? I thought she was 2-3 years younger than me.) Oh yes, that's right.
Uiharu: Shirai did you decide which school do you want to enter?
Kuroko: Yes. It's Tokiwadai Middle School.
Uiharu: Wow! really? That school is in top 5 in the best schools in Academy City. I heard that there are noble ladies and daughters of celebrities there.
Kuroko: I don't think of it like that, after all there are Level 3 espers entering in that school. Since the school has a lot of rich people backing it, they're able to invite so many high level espers. With so many powerful people gathered together, they believe they were superior.
Uiharu: I see.
Kuroko: But I heard that there's someone called "Railgun" in that school but I'm sure she's an arrogant type of person that look down her nose on the rest of us.
Uiharu: I guess she's not like that, unless you know her.
Kuroko: Anyways what are you doing here?
Uiharu: I don't have enough money to ride on a train to get home so I would withdraw some cash.

I ran to Konori-senpai then I said sorry for her that I forget that I'm still on duty then

Konori: Shhh! Keep quiet for a while, look at this suspicious guy over there, I think he's going to rob this place.

She whisperes to me.

Konori: I don't like seeing people's things without permission but he has a gun inside his pocket. (She uses her clairvoyance ability.) I'll inform the employees and if anything happens, you have to protect these people.
Kuroko: Aren't you gonna arrest him?
Konori: That's the work of the Anti-skill.

And then Konori-senpai is now telling the bank teller that there's a robber here inside the bank and then she said to contact the Anti-skill. But then the guy blasts his gun.
