Ariana's POV

We were at the hospital and Riley was fine. They took the broken glass off of her skin and covered the huge cut in her back.

I was in the room sitting next to Riley, reading a magazine.

Ari, Riley asks looking at me.

I close the magazine and look at her.

Do you think mom actually is sorry, Riley asks in concern.

Idk Riley, I sigh.

What happened when you saw her, Riley stutters a little.

I told her to not get near you and I, Ariana says sadly.

Ari, mom needs to see us. She's still our mom.

I know Riles, but I don't want her to hurt you, Ariana says with a tear in her eye.

Ari, I don't think she will hurt us, she loves us, Riley says.

I give her a half smile and walk out of Riley's room.

While I was walking I was looking for Jai and Ariel. But instead I bumped into mom.

Ari, I've been looking for tou, mom says and grabs my arm.

I roll my eyes and tug my arm free.

Please forgive me Ariana. I'm sorry, mom pleads and ppl start to look at us.

Mom do you know what you did to my sister, I whisper in anger.

Yes, but im sorry. I just want to apologize to you both. I love both of you so much and I can't handle being away from my children.

Wait Ariana, mom runs up to me and grabs my arm.

I never said that either. I'm gonna think about it, I say and walk to Riley's room.

Mom starts running up to me and stops me.

Can I at least see Riley.

No you can't,I say and walk away but she stops me.

I'm the spoiled brat, your the one that hurt my sisters feelings and she has no mom right now. All she has is her dad, me, Jai, Ariel, and Luke. You probably don't know it, but she loves you so much. She always wants to see you, but I tell her not to. The only time I let her see you again was today and now look what you did she's in the hospital. And idk why Luke got hit by a bottle of wine and I know it's not Riley.

Mom looks down and starts to cry.

Can I please see her, mom asks again. I need to talk to her. She still was crying.

I sigh. Fine. You got 5 minutes. And if you hurt her, that is technically child abuse and you could go to jail for that. Anyways just don't hurt her.

Mom starts running into Riley's room and closes it. Sheesh,I guess she doesn't want me to come in.

I sit in a seat and stare at my phone. While I was on my phone, Jai and Ariel started coming toward me. I could see it in the corner of my eye. Jai sits next to me and puts Ariel on my lap. Jai puts his arm over my shoulders. We are the perfect family, I think to myself.

Mama awiana, Ariel says trying to pronounce my name. I giggle.

You are such a cute little girl, I say and tickle her tummy. She starts to giggle.

Mama stop et, Ariel in such a cut baby voice.

Ok my little kitty, I say and Ariel starts to sick her thumb.

No, no, don't sick your thumb, I say and take her thumb out of her mouth.

No, no, no Mama, Ariel says. She giggles and me and Jai giggle too.

Dada ja, Ariel says trying to go next to Jai.

Ok my Ariel, Jai says happily and puts Ariel in his arms.

Wove you dada ja, Ariel says happily.

I wove you too, Jai says and kisses her nose.

How bout mama awiana, I pout.

I give her a kiss and look at Jai.

So babe what happened while I was gone, Jai asks me.

I start to tell Jai everything with every detail.

Babe, why did you let her in, Jai asks.

I thought I could give her a chance to talk, I say.

Ok I understand,  Jai says and gives me a kiss.

Ew dada no do dat, Ariel says in disgust.

Jai and I giggle and give her a kiss.

Dat better, Ariel says happily.

Me and Jai start to laugh and talked with Ariel.

I quickly thought of Luke.

Hey babe, where's Luke, I ask Jai.

He's in his room.

129, Jai says.

Ok I'll go check on him after I go to Riles room.

Jai nods and I  walk inside the room.

When I walked in I saw Riley and mom hugging. I guess they made up.

Riley sees me and gives me a smile.

Thank you Ari for letting me see mom, Riley says happily and gives me a flying kiss.

Mom stops hugging and walks up to me.

I hope you can forgive me, mom says.

I will, but I hope you won't make any more bad choices in the future.

Mom smiles and I give mom a hug.

Aww, Jai says from behind me.

I looked at Jai and give him a kiss on the cheek.

You shouldve knocked, I say.

I know but I wanted to see you guys, Jai smiles and gives me, mom, and Riley a hug.
