2; ice rink

SOOYOUNG POV

I was already enjoying and all those things but then Jake came and he was with his friend, Sunghoon. I was shocked and while I was skating around, apparently, I tripped. I was exaggerating and I didn't want myself to face him. Yerin asked me if I was okay and skated towards me as well. 

Sunghoon skates really fast so he was the first one to help me. It became weird since we didn't really know each other. This is probably our second interaction. Yeah, we're batchmates but we weren't really close with each other.

sunghoon's pov.

Jake: Hey

?

Jake: Let's go to the rink

All of a sudden?

Jake: I'm bored and I have nothing to do

I quickly wore my coat and picked up my shoes. It took me about 15 mins. to walk to the ice rink. I heard someone calling my name and it was Jake. We made our way into the rink and as soon as I entered, I saw that girl again. She was with her friend.

"Aren't they from school?" Jake asked and looked at me so I nodded.

"Let's go say hi to them!" Jake said. We started making our way to the other side of the rink and I noticed how the girl looked like she was nervous. She started skating towards the other side of the rink then she tripped. Jake and Yerin had a shocked facial expression while I quickly went to help her. I gave her a hand and she thanked me. 

Not gonna lie, I kinda enjoyed holding her hand. It was very soft. She smiled at me and thanked. We skated for a few more minutes and she said that she has to get going. 

"I'll bring you home," I said.

"I'm good." She smiled at me. Gosh, why do you have to look so cute. I insisted that I bring her home since her friend told us that she had to meet her cousin in a restaurant near the rink. "

"I have to go too. See you tomorrow," I said. It was around 9:00 at that time. I don't even know what's with me today, I can't let her go home alone. When we got out of the rink, she bought me a cup of hot chocolate. While we were walking, it felt a bit awkward because none of us initiated a conversation.

Her house is 15 minutes away. I couldn't stand the awkward-ness so I broke the silence and asked her how school's going.

"It's good. How about you?" She responded while I just nodded. We talked for a bit until she arrived home. Finally, I can rest. 

I was in the hallway when I heard some girls chatting and I saw her, Sooyoung.
The other girls were about to throw hands at her and I quickly stopped them.

"It's fine, go to the classroom." I whispered with a soft tone. She nodded.
I talked to the other girls nicely and told them not to bother Sooyoung. I started questioning myself as I walk towards the classroom. I, myself, was shocked with my own actions. I entered the classroom and she was smiling at me. It made my day. 

sooyoung's pov.

I walked in the hallway, and I  am so pissed off because of the younger batch talking about me. Anyways, class will start. I smiled at Sunghoon as he entered the room and I saw him smile back.

"Okay, let's start." we heard our teacher then our class begun.

an hour later

I should at least thank Sunghoon for his kind actions towards me. He helped me a few times and I want to thank him for that. I appreciate his kindness.

"Can we talk?" I asked softly.
