6; unexplained chances

sooyoung's pov.

He grabbed my hand and he led me to a sushi restaurant and after that, we went to the arcade. It's crazy how he makes my heart beat so freaking fast. Damn.


"Where do you wanna go next?" I told him that I wanted to go to somewhere refreshing so he lead me to a cozy rooftop with a nice city view of Seoul.


"I like this place! it's very chill in here," I said with a joyful tone.


"Do you like anyone?" He asked. Recently, his questions are about admiration. He even cracks jokes saying he likes me, but then he laughs afterwards. Everytime he asks, I get surprised.


"I like someone but I'm not sooo attached to him but yeah I like him a bit, I guess. Something like a happy crush?" I chuckled.

"Who's that someone? Me? Jake? Jay?" He raised a brow while smiling. I blushed a bit when Jake was mentioned.


"Is it Jake?" asked Sunghoon.


"Well, he's cute." I said while he looked back to admire the sky.


sunghoon's pov.


I was boiling the time she called Jake cute. I know I have no right to even feel sad about it. Besides, she's not mine yet. She has the right to like others but I was slightly in the verge of bursting out. Especially because it was Jake. Park Sunghoon, don't lose your calm. I felt sad knowing that the person I like, likes someone else. Someone who's also special to me.


I took a deep breath and offered to take her home.


"Okay, Bye Park Sunghoon!" she said in a friendly tone while cupping her hands on my cheeks.


"Go in," I  said with a smile on my face.


"See you tomorrow, Park Sunghoon. It's cold so don't forget to wear warm clothes!" she said waving her hands. I smiled at her while watching her figure disappear going inside her house.


sooyoung's pov.


lol did I just tell him who my crush is

I heard a beep from my phone after taking my shower. This time, he followed me on my social media account. He also messaged me.

It was 6am and I started getting ready for school. I walked towards my locker and saw Jay with Jake and Sunghoon. They were in front of my locker.


Well, Jay is actually very kind. He teaches my other classmates about the lessons they don't understand, he looks cold and intimidating but he's actually a good friend of mine! He's thoughtful as well and cares a lot about his classmates. He even brought back presents when he came back from Japan. I knew him eversince I was young because he's a family friend.


One time, I was a bit dizzy and he was the one who approached me first and bought me to the infirmary. Anyways, why are the 3 of them heading my way?


sunghoon's pov.


We were in front of Sooyoung's locker and decided to approach her and say hi.


"Sooyoung, it's been a while. Wanna hang out later?" asked Jay and Sooyoung agreed. Sooyoung also gave me candy she recently bought. I continued on with my day ㅡ listened to music, studied, went to training, and rested. I wanted to text Sooyoung on how she's doing but I didn't want to interrupt her bonding with Jay.
