CHAPTER 8
The three of us
walk into our new
apartment which
is fully furnished.
We then decided
to invite some
friends over
tonight to hangout
at our new place.
"I'm calling this
room." Amber yells
running into the
first room she sees.
I could care less
what room I get,
to be honest.
"Let's go down
to get the rest
of our stuff." I
suggest as I set
down one of my
bags and a
suitcase full of
stuff on the floor.
Since there are
3 of us and we
all have our own
cars only one
can use the
garage at a time.
That'll be fun.
"Are we allowed
to invite Vinnie
to come?" Amber
asks with a
chuckle as we
come up the
stairs with some
boxes.
I roll my eyes and
answer, "he is your
friend so I don't
care, hopefully he
just doesn't talk
to me."
"The way our
place is just going
to be full of white
boys." Emilio
jokes behind us.
"Amber is one of
the boys now." I
joke back.
"You're just mad
that Amber gets
dick." Emilio says
with a laugh.
"Can y'all shut up
and get more
boxes." Amber
states with an eye
roll.

"This place is so
tiny." One of the
guys chuckles as
he walks in.
"Not all of us can
live in 3 million
dollar mansions."
Amber sasses.
Hopefully none of
our boomer
neighbors call a
noise complaint.
"Which one of y'all
invited Darianka
and Olive Oil?"
Amber questions,
walking over to
Emilio and I while
we just lean on the
kitchen counter
watching everyone.
"Obviously the
douchebag next
to me." I chuckle
looking at Emilio.
"Ayy your boy
can't be single
forever." He
replies crossing
his arms.
"Nah yes you can,
fuck relationships
2020." I joke.
"You're still salty
over the one
dude? You went
on like two dates."
Emilio playfully
says back.
"Why don't you two
just date." Vinnie
rolls his eyes as he
walks bye.
"Noooo he's like a
brother, and mind
your business." I
state with an eye
roll back at Vinnie.
Emilio and Amb
sneak away like
they tryna play
match maker on
my ass.
"Why you always
defensive, it's mad
annoying." Vinnie
continues.
"Maybe if you
knew how to leave
someone alone"
"You could literally
walk away- but you
be starting drama
with me for no
reason." He says.
With that I roll my
eyes and walk away.
Maybe If I ignore
him it'll annoy him,
that would be a
point for me.
But I hate that I'm
hating him less.
