Absolutely nothing could have prepared me for what would happen today. The entire bizarreness of it all had left me and many others mystified. It was as if what had happened was a dream, but it had very much been real.

It was a bright morning as I walked into Teiko, making my way to my classroom. All was normal until I saw Midorima in the halls, holding a large pile of snacks in his arms.

"Hey Midorima." I greeted him. "Are snacks your lucky item for today or something?"

"Eh? Lucky item?" He drawled, frowning down at me and wrinkling his nose. "I'm not a horoscope freak like Mine-chin."

"Wait. . . Mine-chin??" I repeated. "You don't say that!"

"Yes I do (L/n)-chin." He insisted. "I've been saying it for ages. Why are you being weird?"

"You're the horoscope freak Midorima!"

"No I'm not!" He huffed childishly, pouting.

I shook my head in disbelief. What the hell?

Please let the others be normal, I prayed silently as I walked into the classroom, Midorima following behind me.

"(F/n)-cchi! It's good to see you!" Murasakibara said from his seat, waving excitedly and smiling.

I did a double take, stopping to look at him in surprise. "Murasakibara?!"

"Yes?" He asked, blinking at me with concern in his eyes, "(F/n)-cchi, are you okay?"

"I don't think so. . .?" I responded unsurely, still trying to wrap my head around their sudden personality changes.

"Well, Oha Asa did say that (zodiac sign) would be ranked quite low today," Aomine said, touching the ugly stuffed monkey on his desk. "(L/n), I recommend that you carry your lucky item around. It's a copper bracelet nanodayo."

"Err, I'm okay Aomine. Thanks." I smiled awkwardly at him. I shuffled away from him and went to Kuroko who was further back in the classroom. If anyone could make sense of this, it would be him.

"Hi Kuroko. What are you reading?" I asked curiously.

He was holding a magazine in his hands instead of his usual reading book.

Kuroko looked up at me and with a deadpanned voice said, "Porn."

Or maybe not.

"WHAT?!"

"It's the newest Mai-chan magazine," he explained. "She did a nude and bikini shoot."

"I–" I had no idea how to respond to that. I looked around the classroom for anything to help me when I realized the usually ever early redhead was missing. "Wait, where's Akashi?"

"I'm right here (L/n)-san." I heard a quiet voice from behind me.

"Eeek!" I squeaked in surprise and whirled around only to see Akashi sitting down at the desk behind Kuroko. "When did you get here?!"

Akashi just blinked. "I've been here the whole time," he said, putting down the small book that looked suspiciously like it belonged to Kuroko. "Are you okay, (L/n)-san?"

"No I'm not! Why are you all acting so weird?!" I said in exasperation.

"Is something wrong here?" spoke up Kise, but he didn't sound like his cheerful self. He sounded rather like. . . Akashi. A chill ran down my spine and I turned. Kise was standing in the doorway of the classroom, his arms folded across his chest and his eyes hooded. He looked at us in disdain as he walked over to join us.
