he takes a deep breath. he looks into your eyes before saying, "I've liked you a few months after you moved here. i didn't know what those feelings are until a few weeks ago. I've just recently acknowledged them. so, yeah. if that's what you wanted to hear or know, i've said it,"

once again, you stare at him in disbelief. jaw and eyes are wide open, eyebrows furrowed. from what you've just heard, akaashi likes me - even back from the time you used to like him.

"pretty much" he breathes out.

he purses his lips together, thinking of whether he should add this or not. "well, you see... i also really like spending time with you,"

"oh," you say, staring at him. once again.

"well uh, we should get you home now. don't wanna stay up all night right?" he says.

you let out a giggle. "okay"

little did he know that i pull all nighters at least once a week - minimum. yes😀👍
