Draco and you made it to the top of the astronomy tower, Cedric wasn't there yet. You grabbed onto the railing and looked outside over the school grounds, this was home. Draco came up behind you and put his arms around your waist and started kissing your jaw, "Draco?" you mumbled, he stopped and pulled away like nothing happened. A frown crossed your face "It's not a good time right now, it would be embarrassing for Ced to walk in on that.." you admitted slowly, carefully choosing your words, but careful wasn't enough. "Why? Tell me why, Y/N?" His voice boomed, you didn't say anything, for a matter of fact you wouldn't even look at him "Fine." he spat, walking briskly into the shadows and you heard him begin to go down the stairs. You slid down the wall and put your face in your hands, I'm NOT about to cry you assured yourself.

Dracos POV
Fuck, should I apologize? No, I'm a Malfoy. She should be right behind me, he looked behind himself, Y/N was nowhere to be seen "Watch it, Diggory!" he barked after walking into the Hufflepuff

Your POV
"Y/N?" You stood up and Cedric walked to you and hugged you, "I just bumped into Draco while I was coming up the stairs. What happened?" he questioned, holding you tight "He was kissing me," you started slowly "and I told him it wasn't a good time and how it would be, well, awkward for you to walk in on" you told him, choking back tears "and he got mad, so he left." Don't cry, don't cry, don't cry you repeated to yourself. "It's okay, Y/N, he'll come to his senses sooner than later." He promised, "Today has sucked," you told him admittedly "Pansy saw Draco and I together down by the lake and got mad, so at the feast I tried to-" you began to sob, you didn't mean to but you had to "I tried to tell her how Draco and I've been together and she seemed so upset.." Cedric didn't say anything and just stroked your head, hushing you.
You eventually stopped crying and Cedric cupped your face, you didn't really know what he was doing but you forced a small smile and then it happened, What. The. Fuck? You put your hands on his chest and pushed him off, "What was that for?" you asked angrily, Could today get any worse? "I like you, Y/N." He admitted Apparently it could. You heard someone behind you and Cedric turn around and storm off down the stairs, Draco? "You feel the same don't you?" He's dating Cho, what the hell does he think he's doing? You slowly shook your head "No," you said slowly "I dont, Ced and I'm sorry but you're with Cho and I'm with Draco." After tonight, maybe not but I can't think about that right now "In time, you will, you'll see." He promised you, Is he insane? You shoved him and stormed off down the stairs.

Once you stepped into the common room you saw Draco who quickly stood up and turned towards the stairs to the dormitories, you ran to him hurriedly and grabbed his wrist, he jerked it out of your hold "Draco, please?" you begged, your voice scratchy. "I saw you kiss Cedric." He said flatly, not even turning around "Me? Kiss Cedric?" you said hysterically "He kissed me! And if you stuck around long enough you would have realized I rejected him!" you whisper yelled, not wanting to draw attention from your sleeping housemates by waking them. He turned to you, tears were slipping down your face "I think we should take a break." he said without emotion, How is he so heartless? He turned around and went to his dormitory, you let him and didn't bother following.
You went and sat on a sofa by the fire, you didn't want to sleep.

Blaise shook you awake, Did I really fall asleep? "Bloody hell, Blaise!" You snapped "You scared me." he didn't seem to be listening to you, he was too busy studying your face. "What are you looking at-" He cut you off "You've been crying?" he questioned, you didn't say anything and tried your best to avoid eye contact. "Why? Why have you been crying?" He demanded, clearly hurt knowing that it was someone who made you cry, behind Blaise you saw Draco looking at you, he looked hurt Why the hell does he look sad? He broke up with me! Once your eyes met his, he left. "Y/N?" You looked up at Blaise "Draco-" you said slowly "broke up with me, last night.". His expression went rigid "Let's go somewhere more private." it wasn't an offer, it was a
demand.
He dragged you up into his and Dracos dorm, your clothes weren't on his floor, they were washed and folded on his bed stand, He did this after he broke up with me? "What happened, exactly?" Blaise asked.
You told him everything, from Draco getting mad to Cedric kissing you to Draco telling you he wants to take a 'break' while changing out of Dracos clothes and into your own, leaving his clothes you wore the night before on his bed.
Blaise was mad, like, really mad. "Wait until I kill that git!" He mumbled through gritted teeth, "Lets get to breakfast?" you offered, the two of you leaving to the great hall.

The walk to the great hall with Blaise was silent, neither of you said a word, though it wasn't an uncomfortable silence it clearly wasn't good silence. "Y/N," Blaise said before motioning to where you'd usually sat, there they were, Draco and Pansy. She was sitting practically in his lap and playing with his hair, What the fuck?
When Blaise and you walked by, Blaise made sure to shove Draco by 'accident' causing a plate of toast to fall on Pansy who screeched. You giggled to Blaise, "What would I do without you?" you smiled. "Who knows," he joked.
