"I overheard you and Diggory." Draco spat from behind you as you were leaving your last class, you whipped around to face him "Heard what?" you snapped and everyone in the hall stopped to look at you two. "Him asking to date you, pathetic really." He smirked, you could tell it was forced "You're just jealous, Malfoy." you said coolly and looked around at everyone around you "Go on now? Nothing to see?" you said and they all went back to their own lives. You began to walk away but you felt Draco grab your waist and pull you in close to him "You feel for me in a way you don't for him," he whispered in your ear making you shudder slightly. "Shove off." You mumbled and took his hands off you before briskly walking away.
You found yourself in the owlery, "Salem?" you called and your owl came and perched itself on your arm you had extended "I don't have any parchment, but could you find Cedric? I'm sure he'd recognize you." you said before your owl hoo'd at you and took off.
You went up into the astronomy tower and stood at the balcony, it was rather frightening to stare down at everything below from that height. Eventually, you heard footsteps who you assumed to be Cedrics "Ced?" you called and the footsteps stop, then started again just as quickly as they had stopped. "Your owl, it came to me." He said once he reached the top of the stair case and was in your view, he slowly made his way over to you. "I told my owl to go to Cedric." You said and he just shook his head, looking out at the scenery the land beholds "I'm sorry." he said and you looked at him in shock "The Draco Malfoy, apologizing to me?" you said sarcastically and Draco rolled his eyes. "Why do you have such a big problem with Cedric?" You asked, not looking at him, you focused your gaze on the Whomping Willow "You and I both know you belong to me, not Diggory." he said nonchalantly. "You mean with? Not to." You said correcting him "I meant what I said." he told you with a smirk and you nudged his ribs playfully. "Why did you want to see Cedric anyway?" He asked, trying to mask the curiosity in his voice "I wanted to tell him what happened between us earlier," you admitted "I tell Cedric everything, he's my bestfriend." you said and saw a small smile creep onto Dracos face. "Just friends with him, huh?" He said with an amused tone "For now." you said and his expression dropped almost immediately. You sighed, long and heavy "I really like you, Draco, you know I do but we just don't work." you said and he looked at you sternly "One last chance?" he asked and you shook your head "Not yet," you said slowly, choosing your words carefully. "I want to see how it goes with Cedric and what happens with him and I first." You admitted before walking away and back down the stairs. As you walked down what seemed like millions of stairs you thought about how you admitted you liked Cedric, the only person you've told is Daphne but you think Cedrics caught on, if not he'd be a bloody idiot.

You reached your common room sooner than you noticed and decided to go to your dormitory and write in a journal you bought on your trip to Hogsmeade with Draco. It green leather and brown pages, you took your quill out and wrote the date, beginning to write all about the past events of this year. You didn't realize how much stress it would take off, sometimes there was things you didn't tell Daphne but still needed to get out. Journaling would be a good thing to get in the habit of, though hopefully not ending up like Rita Skeeter. You wrote..
