Kyra
Mondays were the worst and today was by far the worst I've had in months. First I got up on the wrong side of the bed, literally, next my special shampoo finished and before I could get the next batch it would take months and that was just the beginning.
I burnt myself while curling my hair, out of annoyance I chucked the curler across my room and packed my already straightened hair in a ponytail. I grabbed my bag and stuffed my phone into it.
"Someone looks grumpy" Allen said with a smirk as I walked into the kitchen
"I'm honestly not in the mood for your annoying self this morning" I grumbled pushing my glasses back onto the bridge of my nose
"Is that another hickey?"
"I burnt myself with my stupid curler" I said dumping my bag on my the counter "hey Em" I mumbled opening the fridge, I almost growled when I found out there was no milk in the fridge "which one of you idiots thought it was a wise idea to put an empty milk carton in the fridge?
Brody smiled guiltily, I scowled at him and tossed the empty carton in the trashcan. I went over to one of the many cabinets, opened it and picked two granola bars.
Dad came down for breakfast with a matching scowl on his face
"Good morning" Allen said cheerfully, dad grunted in response running his hand through his hair
"Em, I ran out of shampoo" I said
"Lucky you, I just ordered a new batch"
"You're the best" I said kissing her cheek "Brody get your keys and put on a shirt"
"Why?"
"You finished the milk remember?" Brody rolled his eyes.
I pulled out my headphones and connected it to my iPod listening to one of Lionel Ritchie's hit songs
"Lionel Ritchie?" Deck asked "you're as weird as they come" he mumbled, I rolled my eyes and grabbed my bag heading to the garage to wait for Brody

"Hey shortcake" Aiden said as catching up to me as I walked up the stairs "you okay?" he asked
"Bad day" I mumbled
"Bad day? It's not even ten yet" he said handing me my frappuccino
I smiled up at him "you're amazing" I said
"I know" he said cockily, I slapped his arm playfully, maybe my day won't be as bad as I thought. Aiden pushed the main door to the school open and the first face I'm greeted with is the resting bitch face of none other than Helen.
"Spoke to soon" I mumbled "what now?
"How many times do I have to tell you that Mason's mine?"
"Can you not say that to me everytime we run into each other? It's getting really annoying" I said with a bored expression
"Huh?"
"Oh great she's deaf" I said throwing my hands up dramatically
"What did you you just say?"
"Did I stutter?" I asked walking past her, Helen sidestepped me
"I wasn't done talking"
"Good God" I muttered before swearing loudly in Russian "don't you ever get tired of being desperate or does it not bother you that you no longer have a shred of dignity?"
