* no just evening i guess, but don't worry you met my dad before at your party i think and kinda Malina today * Katara said continuing walking around her room playing with her hair the whole way
* i guess i'm free, what time and i will drive to your house? * Aang asked after sighing
* i guess 10, 10am* Katara smiled on the other line looking at the time
They both agreed to the plan and Katara hanged up and Aang quickly went to his laptop in blink of a eye using his air bending and quickly typed
The next day Aang woke up early (not too early) and took the whole time to get gifts to give to Hakoda and Malina and got ready afterwards

After doing so it was 10 so he drove as fast as possible to Katara's house while on the other hand Katara was not stressed but worried and annoyed with Malina and wore something simple

and just watched her window listening to music and waiting for Aang. After seeing his car park in their drive way, she went down stairs to see her "parents" both ready and sitting down talking and met Aang outside after Katara told then he was here
"wow you have a nice car Aang" Hakoda said
"haha thank you but it's Gyasto's " Aang gestured
Hakoda was confused
"my father figure" Aang said
Hakoda then finally got it
"oh and there's a gift" Aang gave them both a different gift
"oh so sweet" Malina said thanking Aang
"wow great taste, i think i like you already Aang" Hakoda smilied
Then after that, they are got in Aang's car and Aang drove while Hakoda quickly went to the front seat making Katara mad because she had to sit next to Malina, the ride was long and awkward between Malina and Katara in the backseat but with Aang and Hakoda, Hakoda was interested his likings and was really impressed
"an air bender huh?" Hakoda said crossing his arms thinking carefully
"yeah, when i was little the monks sure taught me well" Aang laughed off but also having a flashback from when he was little
He face saddened as he remembered the memories
"you okay?" Hakoda noticed patting his shoulder
"uh, yeah yeah" Aang nervously rubbed his neck snapping out of his thoughts
On the other hand Malina and Katara just watching outside the window not talking but every single time Malina hesitating to talk to Katara to get to know her
Then after finishing shopping the four people met at a restaurant nearby to talk about shopping and eat and when they sat down to eat and they all ordered and had a chat
"how was shopping, hope you spoiled herself" Malina said to Katara
"yeah i did" Katara played with her cup of water
Aang smiled
"it was great" Aang smiled patted Katara shoulder
"so, the holidays are coming up what do you think on doing Aang, vacation? or staying home?" Hakoda raised a question because he was curious
Aang gulped
"probably go on a vacation" he played with his thumbs
Hakoda was surpised
"interesting" he said, noting it in his head
The food came and they ate and after they all parted, Hakoda and Malina took a Uber back home and Aang and Katara went out the restaurant to a nearby beach and strolled the sands holding hands
"so what so you really want to do on the holidays" Katara wondered thinking he was lying
