        You sit in a comfortable chair, your nose buried in your favorite book. You were just getting the best part when you hear a crash come from Medic's lab. You shoot up, afraid he may have hurt himself. Rushing to the lab, you start to hear German curses that you know all too well. Medic doesn't seem to be happy at all. You open the door, only to find Medic on the floor, a few doves on him, staring at your hampster on his chest. The room is in a complete mess, and you can't help but laugh.

        "Are you okay?" You ask, barely able to get the words out through your giggles. Medic starts laughing, too. Once you both calm down, he says, "Your hampster jumped at me, and I lost my balance." You crack a smile and put your hand out to help him up. With massive effort on your part, Medic stands. You become eye level with him. You gaze into his cobalt depths.

        Nothing matters. Only him. Not even the fact that your hampster is running out the door. You don't care. You don't even really notice. The only thing you see is his eyes. The only thing you feel is his hands touching yours. Your only thoughts are of the German in front of you.

        His face goes red, and he suddenly breaks away. "You should probably go and find your hampster," He says, turning his back. You shake your head and remember what you saw out of the corner of your eye. "Of course!" You agree, rushing out of the room to go find your lost pet.

        As you search, you can't help remembering that moment. Could he be the one? You ask yourself. You forget about your hampster, knowing he will show up sooner or later, and go back to reading your book.
