TWENTY ONE| WHAT IN THE
DISNEY HELL IS THIS?

"WOULD YOU STOP SULKING?" John begged his daughter as they strolled through the empty halls of the WaveRider. "I thought you liked Sara and the others?"

Olivia sighed heavily before she looked to her father. "I do. I love them. It's just-" she grabbed ahold of his sleeve to keep him from carrying on any further. She could hear the others in the near distance chatting about supernatural creatures. "When you woke me up at five in the morning babbling about going on a vacation together, I thought you meant Disney World or something."

John gave her quizzical glance. He bit down on his lip momentarily, and Olivia rolled her eyes because she knew he was obviously trying not to laugh at her assumption; however, she couldn't help but smile goofily at his reaction. Upon seeing her bright smile, John's face broke out into one of his own. "You thought I-of all people- would choose to spend my free time at Disney? Surrounded by all the Mickey Mouse bullshit, the laughter of sticky-handed children, and annoying tourists who don't know the meaning of personal space? Liv, honestly, if I wanted to torture myself, I'd spend my day with Gary at least that's free."

Olivia rolled her eyes. "Well, I thought you wanted to take me-you're beautiful daughter-who has never been. Your hardworking daughter who had always wanted to. Instead you're making her spend her time off college working and fighting mythical creatures when she should be sipping a cocktail by the beach."

John sighed. He peered up at his daughter to find her working her puppy dog eyes with a matching pout. "Fine." He huffed. "If you help me help the legends, when this is all over we'll-"

"We'll what?" She pressed purposely with a smirk. She knew what he was so hesitant to say, but that's what made it fun.

John rolled his eyes. "We'll go to bloody Disney. Okay? That's enough blackmail for ya?"

"Hmm." She pretended to ponder on it making her father growl underneath his breath. "Okay, deal."

"Thank you." He said sarcastically, before stalking off. Olivia couldn't help but laugh at his silly walk. He couldn't storm off as fast as he'd like when he's pulling a rather large trunk of his belongings with him. It was definitely a hilarious sight.

"Yeah, about that..." Olivia heard Sara say to the others as they entered the bridge. "Constantine is-"

"Tired, hungover, and in need of a stiff one." John cut Sara off as he let his trunk fall onto the bridge floor with a heavy thunk. The legends stared at the duo with mixed expressions of confusion and curiosity on their faces. John then sat down on his abandoned trunk and pulled out a cigarette he kept behind his ear. "Dealer's choice as to what that's a euphemism for."
