Childhood friend s/o- Scaramouche

Characters; Scaramouche

As a kid he wasn't very talkative and didn't really befriend people. Scaramouche mostly kept to himself and ignored others. Of course something changed when you waltzed into in his life.

He's pretty confused on why you want to be friends with him. Though he doesn't talk much when he does it tends to be insensitive and he isn't afraid to hold his tongue even if his comment can be incredibly hurtful.

At first he would try to ignore you if you attempt to befriend him. He becomes peeved by your ambition to be friends with him. He ignores your 'hello's and your 'goodbye's in hopes it make you go away.

Occasionally he'll make some rude comments to get you to leave

It doesn't work lmao

You continue to greet him and make various attempts to befriend the loner. Scaramouche tries to ignore it but over time the walls he put up start to falter

Of course he doesn't show it, he still acts as if you don't exist but in the inside he starts to like it when you try to talk to him

Over a LONG period of time he starts to be more open towards you. He doesn't push you away when try to sit next to him to eat your gummy bears and he'll start to actually reply to some your questions. Albeit it's a one word reply but its progress nonetheless

Then at some point he stops pushing you away and takes comfort in your company as your most likely the only friend he's ever had.

Despite this however, there are time where mean comments can leave his mouth. If you get hurt by this, Scaramouche would apologize under his breath. Le Gasp he can actually apologize

As time pass on and you grow older, Scaramouche starts to have this feeling in his chest whenever he see's you.

And he doesn't like

He increasingly becomes ruder as years go by and his abilities start to be notice by the Fatui.

Admittedly the two of you get into little bickering over everything but compared to other arguements he gets with other people, you'd start to notice that he's a lot more 'calmer' with you

When he first joined the ranks of the Fatui he doesn't tell you although word gets out pretty quickly. He wasn't trying to hide it from you he just didn't tell you

Because of his new role in the Fatui he becomes busy and doesn't spend much time with you. And he starts to feel empty without you nearby.

At that point he becomes aware of his feelings towards you

Scaramouche still acts the same way he does before. But he does try to see you anytime he can. And since your childhood friends it just makes him more eager to see you.

He pays closer attention to your reactions to certain things. Concluding what your favorite food is and which foods make you feel sick.

Now the relationship didn't really start to say. The two of you started to become more affectionate towards each other more on your part than his

*Cough*Tsundere*Cough*

And at some point you both concluded that your dating.

Now having Scaramouche as your boyfriend isn't easy, the fact that you manage to befriend him is an achievement of itself.

But considering that he has known since you were children, he's a lot more "understanding" and doesn't snap at you as much.

Arguements are resolved faster and he knows what would tick you.

He has a level of respect for you, he doesn't show it but it's there. There's really only one person he trust and that's you.

Now if you were against the Fatui, getting into a relationship with it would be impossible the only thing that would slightly convince him is the fact that you were childhood friends but if you got in the way of the Fatui...

In terms of cuddling and kissing nothing would change if you were childhood friends or not. Although he is more open to hugging if you were. Lowkey he doesn't know how to hug
