Chapter 11

Jangmi's POV: 

Jangmi picked up her phone as her finger shakily pressed the play button. Jangmi looked at the video. At first it was a black screen then it flickered to show Sunghoon, chained up to the wall. 

"S-Sunghoon?" Jangmi said as she looked at him.

 Suddenly a muffled voice could be heard, then just like that a hard hit landed on Sunghoon's back, causing him to fall to the ground and groan.

 "Oh my god!" Jangmi screamed as she dropped her phone on the floor. 

Jake was frozen in terror after seeing what had just happened. 

Jangmi quickly collapsed to the ground and started sobbing. Jake realized what happened and quickly ran to comfort Jangmi. 

"Shh it's ok" Jake comforted as he hugged Jangmi. 

"B-but didn't you see what happened to Sunghoon!" Jangmi screamed. 

"I saw it all" Jake said. 

Although he was also terrified, he wanted to remain calm since Jangmi was already in a bad state. Jangmi kept sobbing, the horrible scene replaying in her head.

 "We have to find him fast or who knows what will happen" Jangmi said finally calming down. 

Suddenly both of them got another text from the unknown number. Both were hesitant to look, but in the end both of them decided to do it together. When they looked there was a text message.

UNKNOWN: One of you guys couldn't keep your mouth shut, I warned you what would happen and now he has to pay

Jake and Jangmi both looked at each other. 

"Did you tell the police?" Jangmi said as she gritted her teeth. 

"Jake you knew what would happen-" 

"No I didn't" Jake said. 

"Jake please tell me the truth" Jangmi said. 

"I said I didn't" Jake sighed. 

"Then who did? I know for sure I didn't do it" Jangmi said.

 "Wait remember the other initials on the note?" Jake said. 

"Yeah why?" Jangmi asked. 

"Maybe one of them told the police or something" Jake said. 

"Wait Jake, if that's the case then we have to find out who they are" Jangmi said.

 "And quickly too"

Taeha's POV: 

"Oww" Taeha groaned as she picked up her phone that she had dropped on her face

 "What do they mean someone told the police? I haven't told anyone about this" Taeha said

 But regardless she clicked on the video. She gasped in horror as she saw the brutal scenes that played on her phone.

 "Sunghoon!" Taeha yelled as if Sunghoon could hear her

 Taeha was shocked.

 "S-Sunghoon's still alive?" she said

 Of course one question still lingered in her mind.

"Who told the police about this?"

Jay's POV: Jay looked at the text. 

"How'd they find out" Jay thought as he opened up the video

 Upon opening the video he saw Sunghoon. 

"Sunghoon?" Jay thought

 Then he saw the bat hit Sunghoon.

 "Holy shit" Jay cursed out loud as he almost fell out of chair

 Then he saw the text.

UNKNOWN: Hopefully you'll see this as a warning to keep your mouth shut

"Who is this bastard and why are they bothering me like this" Jay hissed angrily

Jangmi's POV: 

Jake and Jangmi were both still focused on who the initials could be.

 "Think Jangmi think" Jangmi said to herself

 "P.J. P.J. P.J." Jake kept repeating to himself

 "Park Jongseong?" Jake asked himself

 "Wait wait K.T. as in Kang Taeha?" Jake said to himself once again

 Then Jake thought about it, it made sense since they all had a connection with Sunghoon including him and Jangmi. 

"I think I know who they are!" Jake exclaimed

 "Really?" Jangmi said

 "Park Jongseong and Kang Taeha".
