Chapter 20

Sunghoon's POV: 

Sunghoon looked up at where the voice was coming from. It sounded oddly familiar. 

"Taeha" he managed to let out a low whisper

 "Yep that's me hehehe" the voice said letting out a psychotic giggle

 "Taeha! Oh my god please help me get out of here, I don't know where I am!" Sunghoon said in relief

 "Get back before I call him" Taeha growled as she stomped towards Sunghoon

 "How do you expect me to save you after what you did to me!" Taeha yelled

 "H-huh?" Sunghoon said

 "Oh don't act dumb with me! You knew I liked you, back in highschool yet you still had the audacity to call Jangmi you First Love!" Taeha yelled angrily

 "Y-you saw those letters?" Sunghoon said looking down

 "Of course I did! And now that I've met Jangmi again, I'll make sure to tear her to pieces" Taeha scowled

 Suddenly Taeha pulled out a printed picture of Jangmi. 

"See this?" Taeha smirked

 Sunghoon looked at the picture, immediately recognizing Jangmi, he saw the kind eyes he had fallen in love with back then. They were still there. 

"See this? I'll tear her to pieces soon" Taeha smirked ripping up the paper into pieces and throwing it at Sunghoon

 "Until then, you'll have to wait here but I promise as soon as I tear that bitch to pieces, you can be set free and we can happily live the rest of our lives together" Taeha said turning around smiling

 "And NO one will get in our way" Taeha said closing the door leaving Sunghoon alone in the darkness once again

 "So Taeha was behind this all?" Sunghoon said to himself

 "How has no one has found out yet?"

 "And why was this the first time she had ever visited?".

Jangmi's POV: 

Jangmi woke up earlier than usual. The sun was just beginning to rise and she sat up and stretched her arms. She looked over to the other couch to see Jake still sleeping. 

"It's still early I'll let him sleep" Jangmi said getting up

 She walked into Jake's room where her overnight bag was, and grabbed the outfit she had picked. She went into the bathroom and got ready. As Jangmi was stepping out she stubbed her toe on the door. 

"SHEET!" Jangmi screamed out loud

 Jake suddenly woke up due to her ear piercing squeak.

 "Jangmi are you alright?" Jake yelled from the couch where he was still laying

 "YEAH!" Jangmi yelled back still clutching her toe

 "Darn you Jake's door!" Jangmi whispered yelled at the door

 Jangmi then hobbled her way out to the living room.

 "Jake wake up" Jangmi said

 Jake groaned and rolled away from her. 

Jangmi rolled her eyes and started growling in his ear, making him jolt up.

 "I'm awake I awake! No need to growl" Jake said

 "Good now get ready work starts soon" Jangmi said

 Jake rolled off the couch and stumbled to his bathroom where he got ready. 

"I'm gonna go a bit early I'll see you at work" Jangmi said

 "Alright bye bye" Jake said

 Jangmi had decided to go early because she wanted to talk to Jungwon in private. She went a bit early in hopes that Jungwon would be there. When she pulled into the parking lot, there were only about 5 other cars there, she hoped that one of them would be Jungwon's. Jangmi stepped out of her car and into the office. 

"Hey Jangmi you're here early" a voice said from behind her

 Jangmi looked behind her slightly shocked. 

"Oh Jungwon hey!" Jangmi gasped in relief after realizing it was only Jungwon

 "Hey! Didn't mean to scare ya" Jungwon said

 "Oh no you're fine! I actually wanted to talk to you" Jangmi said

 "Hm about what?" Jungwon said

 "Uhm let's go to my office" Jangmi said

 "Alright" Jungwon said following her

 The two talked about random things until they got to Jangmi's office. 

"So what was it you wanna to talk about?" Jungwon asked

 "So uhm last night Jay told me that he saw Taeha holding a knife to your neck?" Jangmi said

 "Huh?" Jungwon said

 "Oh was it not true?" Jangmi asked

 "No no how did he find out?" Jungwon asked

 "He told me he saw you guys in the parking lot at that one small convenience store" Jangmi said

 "Oh" Jungwon said

 "So it's true" Jangmi said

 Jungwon nodded looking down. Jungwon had planned to keep this a secret, he knew he was stronger than Taeha and he could keep himself safe but I guess that plan didn't work out. 

"Why didn't you tell us immediatly?" Jangmi asked

 "Cause I knew you guys wouldn't believe me, I mean you'd trust Taeha more than me right? After all she's your best friend" Jungwon said

 Jangmi looked down, he had a point. If it wasn't for Jay, she probably wouldn't have believed him. 

"So that's true too" Jungwon said

 Jangmi nodded. 

"I understand, but if that's it I'll get going now I have a few assignments I have to submit" Jungwon said walking out.

"Bye and remember meet at Jake's house at the usual time today" Jangmi said

 "Alright" Jungwon said heading out the door

 Jangmi decided to organize her desk a little but before Jake had gotten there. After 30 minutes Jake stepped into her office. 

"Goodmorning" Jake said as he stepped into the room

 "Hey! I talked to Jungwon about the incident that happened last night, and he said it was all true" Jangmi said

 "Really-" Jake said in shock

 "Yeah" Jangmi said

 "But why would Taeha do that? It really doesn't sound like her" Jake asked

 "I really don't know either, but if we get Jungwon more comfortable around us maybe he'll tell us" Jangmi said

 "I guess so but until then let's work on our Sunghoon report, it's due next week" Jake said

 "Shoot I almost forgot" Jangmi said

 With that the two got to work, temporarily forgetting about everything that was happening.

Ahh it feels forever since I updated ( ik it's only been two days sabbjxsiusc )
