Chapter 17

Jungwon's POV:

 Taeha looked back and out of shock fell backwards. Jungwon was just observing and not even bothering to catch her. 

"Excuse me Taeha, why are you looking through his kitchen window" Jungwon asked

 "The same could go for you" taeha spat out slightly pissed because she landed on a patch of dirt staining her new skirt

 "Nuh uh, I asked first" Jungwon said crossing his arms

 Taeha didn't know what to say. 

"Damn you!" she yelled angrily stomping off

 Jungwon grabbed her wrists as she tried to get away. 

"Get your filthy hand off of me you rat!" Taeha yelled

 Jungwon scoffed. "You know Taeha, your dad works for my dad's company and I'm soon to take over, you wouldn't want you him getting fired right? Oh what a shame it would be" Jungwon said smirking at her

 "What do you mean? I have my own job I can work for myself" Taeha said angrily

 "No no but my dad recently bought the company you work in, it's under renovation right now" Jungwon said

 "Hm maybe I won't fire your dad but you instead?"

 Then Taeha, realized that was why she didn't have work because the place was getting renovations. 

"Damn you Yang Jungwon! You'll always be a poor filthy rat from the streets" Taeha yelled stomping off

 Suddenly the door opened. It was Jangmi. 

"Jungwon? What are you doing here and who were you talking to?" she asked

 "Oh uhm I left my wallet on the couch would you mind grabbing it for me?" Jungwon asked

 "Yeah sure! Come in it's cold outside" Jangmi said

 "No it's fine it's just on the table anyways" Jungwon said

 "If you say so" Jangmi said quickly running to the table to not keep Jungwon waiting

 "Here!" Jangmi said handing him the wallet

 "Tahnks so much! I'll get going now" Jungwon said as he waved and walked off

 Little did he know, there was someone following him.

Jangmi's POV: 

"Let's just order take-out I'm too lazy to cook" Jangmi said

 "Got it" Jake said picking up the phone and dialing the number to a Chinese restaurant

 "Let's watch a movie" Jangmi said scrolling through Hulu

 "Boring, boring, boring" Jangmi muttered while scrolling through the movies

 Finally she came upon one, it was horror movie. She knew Jake wouldn't wanna watch it but who could say no to Jeon Jangmi. She watched as Jake was paying the delivery person. 

"I got a movie" Jangmi said

 "What is it?" Jake asked

 "This one" Jangmi smirked

 "Miss Girl, You know I don't do scary movies" Jake said rolling his eyes

 "Please???" Jangmi begged

 "Please for me?" Jangmi kept begging

 "Fine" Jake finally gave in

 "Yesss!" Jangmi said as she put it on

30 minutes into the movie... 

"Oh my god don't go in there you dumb bitch!" Jangmi yelled as the character walked into the bathroom

 Just to be slaughtered by the killer right after. 

"I told you" Jangmi said as she rolled her eyes 

 Jake was on the other end quivering in fear.

Jungwon's POV: 

Jungwon was driving in his car, when he noticed a car following him. Never losing sight of him. 

"That's suspicious" he thought as he looked in the rearview mirror

 One thing Jungwon knew to never do was go to your house with a car following you. So he decided to go to the store instead and pick up a few items, hoping the car would give up on following him. As he stepped out of his car, parking extra close to the door entrance someone grabbed him from behind putting a knife to his throat.

 "Gotcha bitch"

 "Don't even think about moving or yelling or I won't hesitate to slit your throat right here right now".
