Kaito Kid's POV

Around 8:00PM, Beika City

After stealing jewel from the owner, I ran quickly around the building as I trapped many police officers including an angry Nakamori-keibu and Hakubastard using my own traps which Jii-chan made them for me

I finally reached out of the rooftop then I scanned around the area to make sure if no one's here

I brought a jewel from my pocket to check if it's real Pandora or not but I found out it's a fake made me a big sigh then I guess I have to return a jewel back to Nakamori-keibu but I didn't see my beloved Tantei-kun around during my heist

"If I recalled correctly, I eavesdropped Old Man Jirokichi who told Nakamori-keibu and Hakuba that Tantei-kun will not join to participate my heist because Old Man Agasa who dragged him together with little Nee-chan (refer to Haibara) to have a summer vacation somewhere" Kid thought myself about Tantei-kun

I felt sad for Tantei-kun's absence and presence too then I heard a few strong footsteps coming from the door while frowning myself and I deduced that the footsteps could be Hakubastard. No way! That's boring for him

As soon as Hakubastard slammed the door open and asked me to give up on my heist while smirking himself

"Hi, It's been a while, Tantei-san 😒 but I have to return this jewel back to you" I said in a boring voice while throwing a jewel back to Hakuba

As Hakuba finally caught a jewel from me "Really! This one isn't yours what you're looking for?" Hakuba replied while amusing himself

"Yeah, I'm continuing to look for it" I said while smirking at him

"Oh my! Do you miss Conan-kun's presence since he's not around here in your heist 😏😏" Hakuba questioned me in a lovely voice

I froze at Hakuba's sudden question about Tantei-kun as I felt a bit disgusting at Hakuba's lovely voice I was ready to dodge Hakuba's question
