I head into work. "Ms. Jasmine, you have a client waiting for you, a Mr. Travis Waters?"

"I'm not late," I state.

"No ma'am, you're not late."

"Perfect. Thanks Victoria."

"My pleasure."

I step into the office smiling. "Hello, Mr. Waters. My name is Jasmine Hines—"

I blink. He turns back. "Oh wow. Ms. Hottie. I knew you worked here, I didn't know you owned it."

I smile stiffly. "Why are you here?"

He smirks. "Didn't you hear?" He lights up. "I'm here for an appointment. Travis Waters."

I swallow. "Right right. Um...you have a property you want to sell?"

He nods, taking a long drag.

I frown. "Put that out. No smoking in the building."

He quirks a brow, stubbing it out on his Jean jacket, tucking it behind his ear. "Sorry. Stressful. My shop is my baby. I don't wanna sell."

I frown. "Then...why are you here for an appointment I sell it?"

He smirks. "Cause I need the money, why else, Barbie?"

I sigh. "My name is Jasmine. This is a business meeting. You may call me Ms. Hines."

"Miss huh?" He walks around my office, touching various things. "Figured you were married. Guess I should be glad you're not."

I frown deeper. "You though—nevermind that. How much did you want for your shop? When were you looking to evacuate?"

He look down. "I was hoping 120,000. It's a nice place, no damage, I even fixed it up a bit."

I smile. "Well let's go over a few things. I have some paperwork—"

"So did you inherit it or what? You struck as me as like a rich bitch."

My profession smile stiffens. "I am a rich bitch. Now sir your little ass down and finish this goddamn meeting before I run out patience with you."

"Damn, Miss." he laughs, holding his hands up in surrender. He sits down. "Didn't mean to make you mad. Kinda like it though."

I sigh rubbing my temple. "Travis, I'll have an agent come out and see what you're working with. From there, we'll see about an estimate."

He nods. "Yeah. Okay. So, Miss—"

"What day is good for you?"

He stands. "Uh...will you be the one coming out?"

"No."

"Right. Right, then whatever. Tomorrow I guess."

He looks around.

"Can you focus?" I snap.

"Huh? Oh I got ADHD. But I can't take them pills cause I don't wanna take Meth. They're meth y'know, just regulated."

I sigh. But then I laugh. "Jesus, Travis."

"Hey, so before I sell my shop, I wanna fuck you. All over it. Deal? Maybe tat you. Just once? I'll be gentle. With the needle."

I hold my head. "This is a business meeting."

"You didn't text me. It's been like two weeks."

I sigh. "Listen, I understand that you probably want to fuck everything in a skirt—"

"You look good in pants. Nice ass. Very classy, you."

"Stop talking about sex. It's unprofessional!"

He sighed. "Loosen up, Miss. If it helps I'm not playing at all," he chuckles.

"Travis!"

He smirks. "Alright, Alright. I'll stop, Miss." He leans back in his chair.

"Why are you calling me Miss?"

He smirks. "At first, it was cause you're daddy's little rich baby. And then, it was short for Mistress. Hoping you'll dom me one day, I think you're good for it."

"And there you go again."

"Right right. Sorry, stick up my ass. It is placed."

"Great. Tomorrow, 2 pm. An agent will come out. Have things tidy. And you'll not want clients in."

He watches me carefully. I've elected to ignore him.

He kicks his lips. "You uh...you get off late tonight?"

I quirk a brow. "Yes."

"Well...how about some dinner? Just us two?"

I swallow. "Like a date?"

"Nah. Like a prison sentence." He shrugs.

I narrow my eyes.

"It's a joke, Miss. A joke. God, you gotta relax, try a bubble bath. Or a joint. Maybe some good sex, heard that helps."

I sigh. "Go. Get. You've officially irritated me."

"Yeah, I gotcha Miss! But dinner?"

"Yeah, yeah. My god, we'll get dinner. Get out before I fucking deck you. This was supposed to be a ten minute appointment."

He chuckles standing. "Hey, Miss? Your tits sit up nice in that shirt. Real sexy. 10 outta 10."

I quirk a brow.

He raises his hands. "Am I wrong?" He leans in kissing me.

I frown. "What are you—?"

He smiles softly. "You're just really pretty, Miss. So you mind?"

"You've already done it," I breathe.

His lips quirk up. "I wanna do it again. You mind?"

I shrug. He leans on giving me another kiss. "I'll be around like nine. We'll get dinner, maybe watch some Netflix okay?"

I nod. "Yeah. Fine."

He smiles. "Good. See you at nine."

Maybe I should just ghost him.

He paused. "Hey, uh...Miss? Text me this time, I mean it."

He's too cute to pass up. And there's always my plan b. That is, my glock nine.

"Yeah sure. To be certain though, you're single."

"Hey, I might be white trash, but I am by no means a cheater. On relationships. Card games? Up for grabs."

I chuckle, as he gives me a wink.
