(24) Their Romantic Wedding

June 18th 

10 months later 

The hotel ballroom at the Plaza was filled with candles fairy lights and gold furniture. The lights had been dimmed down. Family and friends from Texas LA and NY were all starting to gather into the ballroom where their ceremony was being held. 

Marybeth was pulling Aubrie's veil down as a finished touch. "You look beautiful my baby." She said 

"Thanks mama." She said with a big smile.

Charlie stepped into the room. "Is my fairy princess ready?" He said 

She turned around. "Yes." 

"Mama mama pincess" Kamryn said 

"Come on blow mama sugars. You get to come with nana." Marybeth said as she left the room taking the bridesmaids with her. 

It was finally time for everything to begin. Bridesmaids came down one by one starting with Wanda and ending with Jana. Bucky swallowed hard as the doors opened back up to reveal his bride. He smiled so big as he cried Sam handed him a tissue. 

A day Bucky swore would never happen for him had finally happened. Charlie kissed her cheek and gave her away. She wiped Bucky's tears for him. "It's okay." She whispered 

The minister began the service as he read scriptures. It was time for the vows to be read. 

"James when we first met I'll be honest I never thought I would end up here if someone would have asked I'd probably laugh. But as much as we got on each other's nerves I still tried to find the good in you. You've shown me so much in the last two years..you have shown love kindness and strength. You are good man father and love. I love you for all that you are all the good and the bad and in the between. I can't wait to start our new chapter together James." She said 

"Aubrianna Eloise you walked into my world and turned it upside down. You have always been special to me. I love that you are so independent strong sometimes a little stubborn. But I love you for loving me even when I felt like I didn't deserve love. You stuck by me through it all in the last four years. And I couldn't ask for a better partner in love and life. A day I never thought would happen is here and it's with someone that I never thought would come into my life. I love you and I can't wait to see what my future holds now. You are the love of my life the girl I had to wait for.." Bucky said 

They sealed the ceremony with a kiss he carried her up the aisle bridal style and got in the limo to head to the reception. They shared their first dance under candle light to the song.

"If You Don't Me By Now" the Harold Melvin version that his dad use to play on the record player. 

Bucky whisked her off in the private jet to Barbados for two weeks for their honeymoon.  Where they started trying for baby #2 now that Kamryn was four months away from turning 2.
