(Hailey) "Please get out and don't ever come back." - I whisper. (Noah) "You mean more to me than anyone else in the world..." - he says lowly. I open my mouth to speak again but he beats me to it. (Noah) "I never lied to you about how I felt. I really do love you since the first day I saw you." - he looks at me. - "Leaving you, was and is the hardest thing I've ever did and ever will do in my life. I'd rather torture myself than imagine you cry for me. Twelve years ago... It was horrible after I left you. I cried too. For the first time. I felt like a little girl doing a tantrum but I didn't give a shit. I just wanted to cry, to miss you... and I did." - he reaches inside the collar of his t-shirt and pulls out a necklace. It is a silver chain with an H as a pendant. That's the necklace I gave him on Valentine's Day twelve years ago, when he gave me the pillow. (Noah) "This was what kept me going. Knowing I had a piece of you with me. Knowing that somewhere in the world you were with me. It was the only thing I've kept over the years. I couldn't throw it away even if I wanted to. It means too much to me. I love you, Hailey. It might not mean anything to you, but it means everything to me." * A mature story that contains strong language and sexual content.* **I realized that this doesn't happen in many books, or none (I haven't read a book where this type of writing was used) but I want to let you know that during the story and when the characters speak, the person's name is in between brackets before the speech. Simply because it would probably get confusing if there wasn't anything that could distinguish who is talking after the speech. I hope you find it convenient during your reading.**
