(A/N: Here is what I made based on the story 'A visit from St. Nicholas by Clement Clarke Moore. But I'm putting my own spin "Azur lane" style. So this is 'A visit from Lucky E')

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the dorms

Not a ship girl was stirring, not even a Fletcher;

The stockings were hanged in the common room with care,

In hopes that Lucky E soon would soon be there;

The Mutsukis were nestled all snug in their beds;

With visions of candy and cuddles danced in their heads,

And Mikasa in her coat, and Zuikaku in company,

Had just settled down for cup of hot tea,

When out on the water there arose such a clatter,

The two sprung from their mats to see what was the matter.

Away to the window they flew in a flash,

Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.

The moon on the breast on the ice covered water,

Gave a lusture of midday to creatures below,

When what to their wondering eyes did appear,

But a minature sleigh and eight tiny (F6F)Hellcats,

With a little cute driver so lovely and quick,

She knew in a moment she be Big E.

More faster than zeros her kittens they came,

And he whistled, and shouted and each by name

"Now, Dasher! now Dancer! now Prancer! and Vixen!

On, Comet! on, Cupid! on, Donner! and Blitzen!

To the top of the Roof! to the top of the wall!

Now dash away! dash away all!"

As petals. that before the wild hurricane fly,

When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky;

So up to the dormtop the coursers they fley

With the sleigh full of toys, and Big E too-

And in a twinkling, they heard on the roof

The sqeaking and screeching og each little wheel.

As the two drew in their heads, and was turning around,

Down the chimney Big E came with a bound.

She was dressed all in fur, fromhis head to her foot,

And her clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot;

A bundle of toys she had on her waist,

And she looked like a postwoman holding her courier bag.

Her eyes-how they twinkled! her smile, how merry!

Her cheeks were like roses, her nose like a cherry!

Her droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,

And her hair under her hat was white as the snow;

The ribbion of gift she held tight in her hands,

And the little snowman, it encircled her hat like a wreath

She had a broad face and a large round chest

That shook when she laughed, like two bowls full of jelly.

She was slim and thicc, a jolly old girl,

And they laughed when they saw her, in spite of themselves;

A wink in her eye and a twist of her head

Soon gave them to know they had nothing to dread;

She spoke not a word, but went straight to her work,

And filled all of the stockings; the turned with a jerk,

And laying a finger aside her nose,

And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose;

She sprang to her sleigh, to her team gave a whistle,

And away they flew like the down of a thistle.

But they heard her exclaim, ere she drove out of sight

"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!"

(A/N: And here is my adaptaion of A visit from St. Nicholas written by Clement Clarke Moore. The inspiration I got for this was of course A visit from St. Nicholas and NWR1991 Thomas' night Before Christmas video. Hope you enjoyed the story, be sure to vote, comment and as it's the holidays and as St. Nicholas, eight engines and Big E have yelled out before the drove out of sight "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!")

Ghostknight out PEACE!!!
