MaNan: After Musicana

Chapter 22

As a new day started the sun rose shining its light on the city waking people from their sleep. As everyone got ready for the day they all left for their respective destinations.

Sparks and Fab 5 both reached Space Academy and head to their jam rooms without talking to one another. Fab 5 had decided to give them some time first to calm down and clear their minds before they tried to talk to them again or ask forgiveness. Navya was also with Fab 5 as Nandini had refused to talk to her. They knew it wouldn't be easy but they were determined to make things right. Soon it was time for their lecture and both groups headed towards the class. Entering they took there usual seats again without talking to each other.

Fab 5 and Navya were upset by this but they understood that they were wrong and needed to give them sometime and to fix this. Sparks on the other hand also did miss them despite what they did and no matter how much they denied it, they had created a bond with them of some sort when they used to hang out. And Nandini... even she missed Manik although she didn't want to admit and wanted to get rid of this feeling somewhere inside her she still had feelings for him... she had fallen in love with him it wouldn't be easy to forget him. Pushing all thoughts away they focused on the lecture.

During the lecture Manik kept glancing at Nandini. He could see the change in her... her eyes weren't shining like they used too... she wasn't smiling like she always did... she was blank... emotionless... and it was all because of him. He just wanted to hug her tight in his arms and apologise for everything he did and tell her everything was going to be okay... he'll make everything okay. Soon the lecture ended and everyone left.

~2 weeks later~

It has been 2 weeks since everthing had been revealed and since Sparks have been ignoring Fab 5 and Navya. In this time Fab 5 and Navya have gave them their time and hadn't tried talking to them even though they all just wanted to rush to them and apologise for what they did. All they would do is smile at them when they would see them to show them that they are here for them and waiting for them to come back. Even Manik hadn't approached Nandini in these 2 weeks even though he was dying to talk to her, apologise to her and just hug her he understood she needs time, he was just hoping that by giving her time he won't lose her.

There was no collage today so all were at their homes busy in their own works. Manik had called Fab 4 and Navya to his house to discuss something.

Cab: So whats up why did you call us

Muk: Yeah is everything okay

Man: Everything is okay I just wanted to tell you all something

Dhr: What

Man: I think its time

Aly: Time... time for what

Muk: What are you talking about

Man: Time we apologise to Nandini... I know we decided to give her time but its been two weeks and I'm scared that if we give her too much time we will lose her... I will lose her

His voice went quiet towards the end as the thought of loosing Nandini came to his mind. He knows what he did was wrong but he couldn't lose her forever.

Nav: You're right we should do something now but what

Muk: We need something to show her how sorry we really are

Aly: Yeah something meaningful

Dhr: But what about the rest of the group I don't think there going to let us go anywhere near Nandini so how are we going to apologise to her

Man: You're right which is why I need you guys to help me... I'm the one who hurt Nandini because of my stupid mistake so I need to apologise to her first and show her that I'm sorry

Aly: So what do you want us to do

Man: I need you guys to distract the others whilst I apologise to Nandini... we need to keep them away from each other

Dhr: But how will we do that there always with one another

Cab: Time to plan in Fab 5 style

They continued to discuss and plan how they would apologise to Nandini and how to keep the others away from her whilst doing do. Meanwhile Sparks where having a discussion of their own.

Ary: Guys don't you think we should talk to them

San: Who

Ary: Fab 5 and Navya

Abh: No why should we talk to them

San: That too after everything they did to Nandini

Ary: Exactly can't you see how its affected her how sad she is

Nan: I'm not sad infact I'm happy they are out of my life after everything that has happened

Ary: Really then why don't you smile anymore why don't you laugh you're not the same Nandini we all know

San: He's right you've changed

Nan: So... people change

Abh: Nandini we know he hurt you but he realised his mistake maybe you should give him a chance and listen to what he has to say

Nan: Whats the point he didn't care about what I felt at that time so why should I listen to him now

Ary: Because you care for him... and you have feelings for him

Nan: I don't care about him and the only thing I feel towards him is hatred

San: Really then why does he affect you so much

Nan: He doesn't

Abh: He does we see it in collage everyday you glance at him at time to time and are aware when he is around you

Ary: Just listen to him once its for the best

San: Yes we just want our old cheerful Nandini back

Nan: I'm tired I'm going to bed

With that she got up and left to her room. The others remained where they were in their own thoughts about the situation. In Nandini's room Nandini lay in her bed thinking about what they had talked about and everything that had happened. She thought about whether or not she should give Manik a chance or not... should she listen to what he has to say or not.
