Game Night

Canon Universe-3 years post war

Game night with the gang gets crazy. Drinks and dares were involved so everyone ends up just sleeping over at Shiro's house...Keith and Pidge are the last two up just talking on the floor in front of the fireplace, with Cosmo at their feet.

Next morning...

Lance wakes up because he needs to seriously pee. He stumbles to the bathroom and as he exits he looks at the heat setting, shit, it's cold in the room despite everyone all around. He looks for a free blanket and not seeing any immediately he looks for the infamous blanket hog Pidge.

When he looks around the room he sees Keith sleeping closely next to Pidge, both turned towards each other...holding hands. WTH????

Lance is so excited he yelps but quickly covers his mouth with his own hand. He jumps over to Hunk and shakes him aggressively, whispering, "Wake the fuck up! I need your phone, mine is dead. Please, please, please."

Hunk groans, "Hmmm, Lance I'm tired and feel kinda icky. I told you to charge it last night and you made fun of me, in fact, I think you called me mom."

Lance slaps one hand on each of Hunk's cheeks. Holding them and making eye contact, he says quietly, "Keith and Pidge are sleeping and holding hands. It's seriously like kitten level cuteness here. I. Need. Your. Phone."

Hunk blinks owlishly, and moves to look over by the fireplace and his mouth drops open. "Do you think...they finally are ready? Do you-"

Lance interrupts, looking behind him. "I don't know but by the stars I hope so. But regardless, I'm taking a shit ton of pictures before they wake up."

Hunk nods, "Oh, I'm so in. Denial can only take you so far. We will have proof."

They smile and Hunk hands over his phone while he whispers, "I'm getting Shiro and Matt. Maybe we should revisit the pool too. I think i had the end of the year so maybe we throw in and pick one more date! I think the pot is pretty big at this point but this gives us an advantage!"

Lance nods, "Hurry, just get them so they can see but you know Keith is like super sensitive and he might wake up any minute. I gotta get the pictures asap!"

Hunk nods and they both move like ninjas.
