Let's get out of this town, baby we're on fire
Everyone around here wants to be going down, down
If you stick with me, I can take you higher, and higher
It feels like all of our friends are lost
Nobody's found, found, found

I got so scared, I thought no one could save me
You came along scooped me up like a baby
Every now and then, the stars align
Boy and girl meet by the great design
Could it be that you and me are the lucky ones?

Everybody told me love was blind
Then I saw your face and you blew my mind
Finally, you and me are the lucky ones this time
Boy get into my car, got a bad desire
You know that we'll never leave if we don't get out now, now, now
You're a careless con and you're a crazy liar
But baby, nobody can compare to the way you get down, down, down

I tried so hard to act nice like a lady
You taught me that it was good to be crazy
Every now and then, the stars align
Boy and girl meet by the great design
Could it be that you and me are the lucky ones?

Mexico City, March 2019

Massive.

Mexico City was massive, surprising, exciting and welcoming.

Our schedule was hectic. As all tours are, we sat for countless interviews and press junkets, book signing, numbers of photoshoots, meet & greet with fans, and conference with both medias and fans. Fans were everywhere. At the airports, at the events' venues, and even at our hotel. They were enthusiastic and flattering. I started to grasp the reality when I witnessed the first wave of fans welcoming us into the fandom. They were the loyal readers of After series and they knew the books better than any of us, I could say better than the rest of the crew and producers for After. Except maybe, they can't never be more knowledgeable than Anna herself. She was the creator of After, her first brainchild in her literary career. The same brainchild which propelled me and him to stardom.

The bruise from yesterday was quite visible on my chest. To make things complicated, I wore a white gown with wide opening on the shoulder, exposing my bare shoulder, which also included the area of the bruise. My make up artist was very professional and talented in her works. She expertly covered as much of the bruise as she could. She innocently commented on it as normal bruise. She told me she was the kind who easily bruised as well. I just smile. I didn't know whether she really thought the bruise was natural or pretending she didn't know it was a hickey. My face blushed every time my mind wandered to last night. It was exquisite in my memory and funnily we were both quite awkward this morning during the photoshoot. Don't ask me why. After devouring each other, we suddenly became stupid to act normal with each other when they put us together for a photoshoot. Thank God throughout the interviews, we warmed up to one another and by evening, we were back to our usual self. Although I tried not to gaze into his eyes for too long, it made me dizzy. Did I make sense?
