I close the door behind me in annoyance and tired from being out with Chris all day.
I walked upstairs to my bedroom completely dropping my whole body on the bed
Exhausted wasn't even the word
I was tired of Chris and his jealousy he gets when I talk to one guy, and it's not even long till he shuts it down. He completely flips out and aggravates me to the max
Earlier that day
"The movie was good," I said to him as we walked out the movie theater
The place was connected to the mall we were at so we just decided to walk around, sensing that we both didn't want to leave yet
"See! I told you, that shit wasn't even scary you was bugging out till like the middle of the movie," He told me
"Ok ok but those jump scares?! They were scary," I replied making him laugh. We were continuing to talk when I felt a hard shove against my shoulder
"Ow," I mumbled. I was going to tell them to watch where they were going but Chris jumped in
"Aye man," He said as the man turn around. He seemed to be on his phone and not paying attention.
"My bad i'm sorry— y/n?" He asked. I furrowed my eyebrows then finally realizing who it was letting my mouth hangs open for a while
"Hi Trey," I said putting on a fake smile
"It's nice to see you again," He says smiling back
"Well..due to the circumstance, but it's been a while," I said trailing off and he lets out a laugh. I turn to Chris who now had his jaw clenched.
Me and Trey met in highschool and we were friends at first. Then years went by and I never got to see him ever..until now. He got very distant with me and I never knew why
"Yeah, This yo dude?" He asked pointing towards Chris and I lifted an eyebrow. Before I could talk Chris charged in
"Does it matter?" He asked intimately"Are you with her?"
"Nah man I was just asking a question," He replied chuckling. Feeling the tension of both of them I sighed
"Aight then gon about yo business bro," He shooed him off
"Chris..." I said lowly
"No I- um it's cool..just text me," He said finally walking away and my eyes became wider
"Who the fuck was that?" He asked upset as he was driving. I locked my phone looking at him
"He was just a friend I went to school with Chris, you're doin too much," I told him
