"Are you sure you don't want me to come in with you?" Hiria questioned

We were outside Toby's address right now, in Hiria's inconspicuous car she bought for this occasion.

"I'm fine. Really. I'll message you to pick me up when I want you to, or I can just call an uber" I mention

"Oh hell no, you actually think I'd let you into someone elses car? I'm picking you up" Hiria states

I nod and a small smile appears on my face.

"Well, bye Hiria" I say, getting out of the car, closing the door behind me

"Bye Darling~" Hiria purrs, kissing the bridge of my nose before she drives off

I blinked a few times at her action. She's been kissing me a lot lately. And it's starting to get stranger and stranger. After I finally snap out of it, I then walk to the front door of Toby's house.

"As I remember it from all those years ago..." I mutter

The house didn't change at all... Though, it just looked a tad bit older...

Once I got to the doorstep, I proceed to go and knock on the door.
And after a few moments... A woman opens the door.

It was Toby's mother.

I was surprised that she didn't look that different from when I last saw her six or seven years ago.

"Oh..! Uhmm... Hello..!" She says "How can I help you?"

"Uhmm... Mrs. Smith. It's me... Y/N. Do you possibly remember me?" I asked

Her face looked puzzled for a few moments, but then after a few more seconds, her eyes widen and she steps back in shock. Hands covering her mouth.

"Y/N..?" She managed to stutter out

I smiled and nodded.

She then rushes to me and embraces me into a hug.

"Y-you... Y-you're back..! H-how..? W-why..? T-this is amazing... To see you back..! Toby will love to see you again..!" She says

"Y-Yeah. Actually, that's why I'm here. I sent over a letter a while ago and we managed to get into contact again. And we arranged to meet up.." I say

"Oh my.. I'm so happy to see you again... It's go great to see you..." She says "You look so pretty..!"

"Oh stop, I'm not all that" I say

"You are one of the beautifulest young ladies I've seen in a long time" She comments

I chuckle "well, thanks for the complement. You still look as lovely as ever"

"Oh... thank you..!" She smiled brightly "Do you wish for me to get Toby? Or would you rather go see him?"

"I want a little shock value from him, so if you could.... It would really be appreciated" I say with a smile

"Mhhmm! You can go wait in the living room if you'd like, I'll go grab him right now" She says, walking upstairs

I then walk into the house, closing the door behind me. The house decor was slightly different from what I last remember, but it still feels like the same old house I remember being at every day or night I could get.
