You are a very frustrating individual.

Akaza learned this the first time he met you, if the memory of you kicking him in the dick was anything to go by.

You're a loud-mouth. You can't control your language. You can't follow orders from your superiors. You're too reckless with your life. You always seem to try and provoke him to get him angry.

And back on your recklessness.

The moment you felt that the Wind Pillars life was in danger, you jumped out of hiding just to save him. You've done that for Kyojuro as well back when the train derailed.

You begged for Shinazugawa and that demon (you were really smart not to say his name) to run despite practically shaking in fear.

It was strange. You were weak. But you were so strong.

Like your Battle Spirit.

The strong facade you wore, like you were confident in your abilities, and that everything was going to be just fine now that you arrived. And it even made Akaza believe that you had something planned to win.

Your Battle Spirit was polished and extremely aggressive. Even though you were hiding, Akaza felt your Battle Spirit poke pins in his back with it's aggressive thorns.

But then he took another glance at your Battle Spirit. It was the literal definition of 'All bark, but no bite'.

If Akaza had to describe it, he would need to describe it as a physical thing.

At first glance, your Battle Spirit overwhelmed Akaza. But once he actually tried to touch the thorns, he phased right through it. Your Battle Spirit was all an illusion.

The real one was barely there, but nothing like he's ever seen before.

It was gentle and inviting. Akaza is sure that if others were able to see it as well, they would use the word nostalgic. It was like you've known Akaza his whole life.

It was cliche, really.

That your Battle Spirit had a rough exterior but once you get past it, you're warm and welcoming.

Anyway, there was a reason-reasons-he took you to begin with.

The first reason, he needed Muzan to meet you. You unlocked something from Akaza's past when he was human.

Koyuki.

There's something preventing him from fully remembering who exactly that was. Not that Akaza was interested in these worthless human memories.

All he knows, was that Koyuki was a past lover, and that he loved her deeply. No matter how hard he tried (Not that he actually tried to remember or anything), Akaza can't figure out more from there.

How did you know that when not even Akaza did? You also mentioned you had a premonition back when he was fighting the Wind Pillar.

Did that have anything to do with how you knew of Koyuki? It would be safe to get Muzan to meet you if that were the case.

The second and third reason come hand in hand; it had to do with Koyuki. The second reason was more of a suspicion, but if Akaza was right, then his third reason for taking you would come into play.

When you asked him why he took you, your voice was too kind, too patient, too gentle. It only proved his suspicions more to be true.

It almost got him to spill the truth, but he caught himself from doing so. But in return, he did say some nasty things to you. It was the truth, but Akaza is sure he could have worded it better.
