I wake to Vision slightly caressing my cheek. I open my eyes and immediately see Vision smiling at me.
"We've landing dear," he smiles
I wipe my eyes to wake myself up more and quickly glance out the window. It was beautiful.
"Did I really sleep the entire 9 hours of the trip?" I ask in shock
"Indeed, you did," he chuckles
He stands up and grabs our bags from the overhead. I slowly stand up and Vision holds his hand out. I place my hand in his and we exit the plane. The sun was bright, It was around 9 am so I had missed the sunrise. Vision and I make our way through the airport and as we exit the doors I stop and look at him.
"Vis, where will we go now?" I ask, in slight worry
"Don't worry darling, I've got it all under control..." he smiles sympathetically
He calls a taxi and we get into the back. Vision tells the driver an address and we head there. After about 30 minutes, the taxi stops in front of a beautiful building with three floors. It was a B&B. It was beautiful and elegant, it was everything I imagined living in Edinburgh would be. Vision gets out of the cab a few seconds after me and places his hand on my shoulder as I look up at the building.
"Do you like it?" he asks
"It's so perfect Vis," I smile at him
As we enter the building we are greeted by a sweet older lady at the desk. She wears a warm smile and her voice was soothing and soft.
"Hello, I have a room book under 'Vision'" Vision states with a smile
"Ah yes, You're the one who booked our top tier room," she says warmly
I look over at Vision and he blushes
"Yes, that is me," he replies
The woman grabs a key from under the desk and hands it to Vision. He smiles at her and she smiles back. Vision leads the way up a flight of beautiful wooden stairs. I smile at the lady before I leave.
"Thank you so much," I say
"Oh, it's no problem dear. I also wanted to formally introduce myself seeing as you'll be staying here for longer than most I'm Ingrid," she smiles
I shake her hand and introduce myself
"I better get going before he settles in without me," I say with a chuckle
"I'll see you later honey," she smiles
I head up the stairs to the top floor, I see the door open and Vision placing our bags inside. I quickly rush up behind him and slowly lift my hands to cover his eyes.
"Oh dear, whoever could this be?" he says sarcastically while feeling my hands
He spins around and his eyes meet with mine. My arms rest on his shoulders and he wraps his arms around my waist. He pulls me close and places a soft and delicate kiss on my lips. I smile into the kiss and he pulls away.
"We did it," I say
"I'm beyond glad we did," he smiles back
We let go of each other and begin to unpack our things. Once we finish unpacking, Vision opens the curtains and admires the view from the window. I join him and he wraps his arm around me.
"Scotland was a wonderful choice," he states
"I agree, it's beautiful here," I smile
"It is beautiful yes, but not as beautiful as you," he states while turning to look at me
