My whole body trembled sensing the danger approaching that idiot standing on the road getting drenched in the rain looking nowhere else except me. The blazing lights and ear piercing horns didn't have any impact on this man

"Mr.Kohli..." cry left my mouth when I slipped on the road while running to pull him away as a car raced towards him

"Save him Krishna" I saw my prayers boring fruits as the car, which almost dashed him abruptly took a right turn and came to a sudden halt. I saw something near the car tires, but it's not clearly visible due to the rain

"Jaan, are you okay?" he ran towards me while I tried standing up from the slippery floor while the driver from the car screamed some curses before starting his ignition to which this non brainy guy paid no heed to

"Sacchinoda, chevulu dobbaya? Kallu kakulu ettukupoyaya? (You idiot, did you lose your hearing capability? Did crows pluck away your eyes?)" I barged towards him yelling

"Jaan, what are you saying? Are you saying something romantic?" he questioned. The expectations of this guy

"Haa romantic, yes. Let me introduce you to romance" my mind lost control over my body and my hands punched him wherever possible irrespective of the body part

"Jaan, you are hurting me," he said trying to step back

"I am hurting you? Really? You are the only idiot who is doing that every second since the moment you entered my life. Where did your senses go? Did you lock your brain in a safe before coming out with me? Don't you have the minimum common sense that you should be watching the traffic while standing on the road and not at me? You are grown up, how can you be so irresponsible? What if the car was unable to stop at the right moment and hit you? Can you even imagine the situation? Anything could have happened. You just took my breath away with your irresponsible behavior," I yelled at him attracting the traffic

"Were you scared?"

"No, I was dancing with joy. Didn't you see my steps?" I screamed punching his shoulders

"Just because the accident didn't happen and I was saved from injuries, there is no obligation for you to gift me some; your punches are really hurting," he said moving away

"Enjoy fruits of your eternal love," I screamed

"You were worried about me Jaan, you cared about me. You were scared that something could have happened to me, you are still glancing at all my body parts to check whether I am okay. So can I take this as the one step?" he questioned

"Mr.Kohli, can you hear something yelping?"

"Don't try changing the topic Jaan, I am not going to let this go so easily," he said standing still in the rain smiling cutely

"No, I am serious. Try using your eyes, ears, brain, and common sense on other things too" stating that I looked to his left and took tiny steps not wanting to break any of my bones

"Mr.Kohli, look. He saved you," I stated looking at the puppy with a broken leg bleeding profusely

"What?" he said utterly confused

"While the car was approaching you, I saw something running towards it, I was unable to see clearly due to the rain but he ran opposite to the tires and due to that the driver came to an abrupt halt resulting in no injury to you. He saved you," I said looking at the jet-black puppy yelping in an inaudible tone
