The night was as lonely as it could be when I decided to take a walk to calm my nerves.
School didn't help amidst the chaos inside my self. Not something materialistic, but it was all in my mind.
People tried talking to me but who could tell them that the storm was not around me but inside me.

Stress related to my daily life began bottling up inside of me some weeks ago, and I would go for a walk through the alleys at night... feeling the wind on my face as if the breeze carried away with itself, all my worries.

Today was no different as I made my way down on the streets, walking mindlessly, so as to stop feeling.
The light Breeze did make me feel good.
No I did not listen to music today, because I wanted to feel the rustling sound of dried leaves on this thick autumn night where even the Moon decided to give me solace.

As I walk on the pavement of the road, I see two male figures walking on the opposite side. It did seem as if they were drunk.
Desiring company in the Lonely night, they seemed to have decided to walk towards me.
Knowing very well that messing with drunk humans is something nobody would like to engage in... I impulsively starting started walking ahead on the pavement and boarded a yellow school bus.

I just want to get away from this place.

Walking to the end of the bus I saw a strange sight. There were about ten rows of double seats on the two sides of the bus, and each double seat was occupied by a single person.

No two people sat on the same row.
What's weirder was, each passenger on the bus was wearing a black Fedora hat decorated with chains in the form of 'X' on top of it; all these passengers seemed to be engaged in deep thoughts since they didn't even bat an eye to notice another passenger getting on board.

Making my way to the end of the bus, to the last seat with the intention of not disturbing any of the passengers, I quietly sat, waiting for the next bus stop to get off.
It was dark outside since there was no moon but strangely, no source of light could be seen guiding the bus' way.
.
.
After waiting for twenty minutes when I realised that the bus did not stop since a long time, I made my way to the passenger nearest to me sitting on the seat in the eighth row, and called out,
"umm.. Sir"
It seemed that this red haired man was fast asleep since he did not respond until I patted his shoulder.

Looking back at me as if he did not expect anyone to touch him, he cried,

"WHOA.. WHO ARE YOU?

HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE? "

I was taking taken aback by his response thinking...

Aren't I just another passenger sitting on the bus going my way
he did not have to respond as shocked as that.

Stirred by his response another one shouted,
"HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE??",

this man had a very high pitched Voice which squealed throughout the bus making the passengers who were sleeping, wake up from their deep slumber.

"YAHH WOOYOUNG what is the problem?", a man with pink hair looked back dizzily until he rubbed sleep off his eyes which widened at the sight of me.

"stop revealing our names", another platinum blonde haired man, with cool leopard-print designs on his undercut, calmly said.
He stood up and came towards me studying the terrified look on my face.. And said,
"It seemed like the bus went down.."

Starting to get scared, I hastily replied, "I did not do anything wrong it was just that the bus stopped and I boarded on.. Ahh
Can you please tell where this bus is going?"

none of them said a word, until two really tall, curious men came forward.. and one of them said,

"seems like she is innocent"

I mindlessly nodded my head countless times which made him chuckle.

"she could still be a danger to us", the loud one said.. This time, his tone turning to a soft one.

"let's just toss her out", a new voice said, unbothered.

"wouldn't that be...um..dangerous YEO", the pink haired guy revealed another name to which the man on the first seat responded with authority,

"I suggest we tie her up and return her on the way back", the red haired one nodded at this statement.

I was terrified by the that that they are going to tie me up but was relieved at the after statement with said, "return her".... I struggled to get out of their hold.. but of no use as they tied my hands and legs using a rope and made me sit back at the last seat.
.
Terrified and thirsty, after some time I realized, they all had unboarded the bus. Thinking that this was the best time for me to escape, I moved towards to window using my butt.
Outside scenery was obsidian black but my courageous self had decided that I needed to jump from the bus using the slightly open window.

Reaching the end of the seat near the window, I pushed the glass window open; using my head and gathered up the courage to throw myself outside.
As I pushed my body to the edge I saw that it was absolute darkness above me as well as below me.

Realising too late that I had made a mistake... my body fell down waiting to hit the ground where I would probably not survive.
I saw nothing but black as my body brushed pass through fog, which I considered to be the ground, still not stopping.

Are these Clouds?, I wondered.

Until a pair of hands grabbed me.
"You should have listened to us", a man with silver hair covering one of his eyes.. And the other part slick back to reveal his forehead looked straight into my eyes and continued...
"you are not on the ground".

More intense darkness took over me as I heard his words, until they realised that I had fainted due to the impact.
Next thing that I knew was that I was in my bed debating whether it was a dream or not... Until my eyes fell on the same black Fedora hat placed at the study table next to my bed.

Maybe he forgot it

Perhaps it was true.
