Chapter 23: The loud claim

Hunter slowly lay his body on the bed as we kissed, letting me take the top. As we kissed, I tugged on his shirt and he got the before he quickly took it off, throwing it on the floor and returned to my lips, one hand on my neck and the other on my back. I felt his claws elongate before he started running them up and down my back, directly on my spine. Since it was a vulnerable spot for me and I didn't know about it being a sweet spot for me, I let out a gasp of a moan, my tail wagging. "I love you, too." I said as my eyes slowly closed. Hunter's grip around me slowly lessened as he fell asleep. I smiled sleepily as I followed him into the path of sleep. I truly did love my mate and I hoped nothing would ever change anything between us.
