chapter 7: First Day in the ninja academy part 3

Naruto P.O.V

"So... Shouldn't we all start deciding the menu?" I asked breaking the silence, the adults had gone out to get something to snack on

"There should probably be dango as izumi chan and Itachi love it" said shisui

"And mochi" said Sasuke

"Mochi..?" asked itachi cause the sasuke he knew never liked sweets

"They are sakura's favourite" sasuke said while looking to the side

Me and shisui laughed out loud while Itachi just gave snickers

"So tomatoes, dango, mochi, ramen, meat and anything else?" asked itachi

"Nope that's all for the starters" I said while popping the p

"Here naruto,sasuke,itachi and shisui, we bought some taiyaki to snack on" said minato as he hirashined with kizashi and fugaku in front of him

"Hokage sama, we have decided on the menu for the feast that kushina sama, mebuki san and my kaasan have started preparing for" Itachi said

"That's great and all Itachi, but please, refrain from calling me hokage when I'm not on duty" minato said

"Touchan, we want ramen, dango, mochi, tomatoes and meat!" I said with my mouthful

"Hn. Why the mochi, I know the dango is your favourite itachi" asked fugaku

"Well, ototou here said that it's sakura san's favourite" Itachi said while sasuke choked on his food

"Well, you got that right son. My cherry blossom does like mochi" said kizashi

"Touchan, can we call a few friends for the feast?" I asked my dad

"Well, you'll have to ask your kaachan that naruto" replied minato

"Minna!" they all turned to see a pink haired girl and a brown haired uchiha running towards them

"Did something happen?" asked kizashi

"Iye, kushina san just sent us to make sure you boys weren't slacking out" replied sakura

"Hn" said all the uchihas while me and shisui just pouted at that

"We already planned the menu-ttebayo" I said

"We were wondering if we could invite a few extra guests" shisui said

"Oh sure, I'm positive they wouldn't mind" izumi replied

"Izumi san, what were supposed to buy for it?" sakura asked

"Oh yes, umm fugaku-ji san oba san asked if you have a scroll on you, an empty one is fine as well. And hokage sama, kushina sama is asking for your summon, kizashi san-" but izumi was interrupted by sakura pulling on her skirt

"I got what we needed from tou san, should we start going back now izumi san?" asked sakura

"Oh that's good sakura chan, we wouldn't want a fight to brawl out would we? Ok let's go" izumi said before picking sakura up and running away with the scroll, and a familiar looking bag

"Hey, where is our taiyaki?" asked shisui while looking for it

"Sakura/izumi" was all sasuke and Itachi said before realization dawned upon us

"Sakura chan!!!!!!" I screamed trying to catch up to them, but with my short legs, I was slow

"It's all right naruto, we can go buy some BBQ" kizashi said

"Hn" was all fugaku said

"Naruto, it's fine... Like kizashi said, we can go buy some BBQ, plus we need to invite those extra guests of yours" minato said, hoping it would cheer up his son

"Really? Well then let's go!" Naruto said before racing ahead

"That dobe..." Sasuke muttered under his breath while also taking off to catch his friend

"Itachi, shisui" was all fugaku said

"Hai" they both replied while shunshining off

"What did you tell them to do fugaku?" asked kizashi

"Keep an eye on sasuke and naruto" fugaku said before walking in the direction towards the BBQ

"Let's go kizashi, we wouldn't want to keep them waiting would we?" said minato before following fugaku with kizashi on his heel

Sasuke P.O.V

"Dobe" I said while catching up to Naruto

"What did you say teme?!" Naruto threatened

"Hn. Dobe" I said while smirking

"Yo! Naruto, sasuke" a poof interrupted their soon to be brawl

"Kakashi" I said

"Kakashi sensei, kaachan, mikoto obasan, mebuki no baasan are planning on having a feast and your joining. Just be sure to get some food" naruto said

"B-" before kakashi could reply they ran away

"Kakashi, just a word of advice, best not to bring that book of yours" minato warned before also following Naruto and sasuke, just in a more dignified way

Guess I don't have any rest do I? Well wonder why minato sensei warned me of my book? Kakashi thought

-At the BBQ place -

Naruto P.O.V

" We can get whatever we want dattebayo?!" I yelled practically with joy

"Yea, it's on the grown ups so order whatever you want" shisui said

"Shisui san, how did nii san even become friends with you " sasuke muttered under his breath

"Me too ototou, me too" Itachi said

"That hurt Itachi, sasuke" shisui said in a mock hurt voice while placing a hand over is heart

" Shisui, Itachi go take a table along with Naruto and sasuke," fugaku said

"Ototou, naruto kun, let's go get a table" Itachi said while they went and found a table

"Sugoi" I exclaimed once we saw the food on the table

"Hn" sauske said but had a hint of awe in his voice, probably for the tomato skewer

"Ittadakimasu" we all said and dug in
