Chapter 19: Officially Genin

Third Person P.O.V

"Kaka sensei's late..." Naruto whined

"Told you guys we should have left" sasuke said

"Enough both of you, naruto we don't even know who our jounin sensei is and sasuke you said, and I quote 'I don't think Kakashi will come early'" sakura said

"Why don't we actually do a prank this time? All of us" naruto smiled mischeif evident in his eyes

"But what can we do? The duster is too old naruto" sakura pouted

"Why don't we do the classic shadow clone then?" sasuke suggested

"Because it would be way to suspicious for me, because you are from the uchiha clan and naruto is the son of the hokage it would make sense that you both would have learned the shadow clone jutsu. But me? A civilian doing the shadow clone jutsu and it isn't kakashi sensei then I just give myself away" sakura concluded

"But you are an uchiha sakura chan" naruto smirked

"Not in this timeline anymore, because who knows if sasuke kun here will find someone else or marry...what's her name? Karen?Karin?" Sakura teased, sasuke's eyes meanwhile had widened to become as large as saucers

"Can't the sharingan tell us this by reading a person's mind?" naruto asked

"The sharingan can't do anything of the sort, but it can get information from the victim by torturing them in my tsukiyomi" sasuke shrugged

"We aren't torturing my father or iruka sensei" naruto immediately dismissed that idea

"Well, we can take our best bet and place a seal that activates only with something personal to kakashi sensei" sakura suggested

"But we don't have a bone,strand of hair nor a chakra presence" naruto said

"I think I might have a DNA sample actually" sakura spoke up

"Now before you think I'm some stalker, I'm a medical ninja. It's reasonable for me to have DNA samples of my teammates incase of fraud or other circumstances" sakura said

"But, we travelled back in time" Naruto said

"So? I'm still a medic nin so I made sure to have all of your guys's DNA samples" sakura said as she took out a scroll and unsealed it

"Woah, amazing as always sakura chan!" Naruto said as sasuke just smirked

"Naruto do you have another sealing scroll?

"Yup! Let's get this prank started!" Naruto said as he took out his scroll

They made the scroll have 3 levels, each which activates in a specific timeline:

The first level:

The First level activates as soon as kakashi sensei's presence is detected. They had made fake icha icha books sealed into it and as soon as kakashi will go near it, it will explode with snakes courtesy of sasuke.

The second level:

The second level activates as soon as the first is done. They had filled it with glitter, glue, sparkles and paint which will be canon balled to kakashi sensei

The third level:

The third level activates as soon as the second one is done. It will dump ice cold water, then boiling hot water then ice cold water again and then a sign will come down which says 'congrats! You've been pranked!'

"I think this is going to be the best prank yet" sakura said as they finished

"It would be a shame if kakashi sensei doesn't come now dattebayo" naruto said

"Hn" sasuke said

"Sasuke kun, speak properly as naruto won't be able to understand you and I'm too exhausted to be a translator" sakura said as she took a seat beside the window

"Act normal dobe" sasuke said

"Ya ya" naruto waved him off as he took a seat

After another 30 minutes, they heard footsteps

"They're here! And I'm positive it's kakashi sensei!" Sakura whispered to them

"Sasuke, the kamui thingy" naruto prompted

"I know, and yes you can see what going on in here while your there" sasuke said as they all got sucked into his dimension?

"Ohay-" but kakashi didn't get to complete his sentence as he saw the make out tactics books piled up neatly over one another, with out wasting another second kakashi darted towards the books, as soon as he went near it it turned into snakes. Kakashi didn't even have time to do anything else before paint, sparkles, glitter and glue were launched into his hair and on his body, once again before he could retaliate cold water was dumped on him, then boiling hot water, and ice cold water again before the sign pulled down

"Okay, come out of sasuke's dimension now" kakashi said monotonously

"That was some good- kakashi sensei! Why on earth are you soaked, covered with a lot of crafting stuff and are those snakes?" Sakura acted as they came in through the door

"Don't act like little angels now" kakashi deadpanned

"What do you mean kakashi sensei?" Naruto asked innocently

"Nevermind, the bell test..you guys pass anyways just do whatever you want" kakashi said as he left

"Expected it" sasuke shrugged

"I've...gotta go help izumi san with something I'll see you guys later" sakura said before she left as well

"Te-" "don't" sasuke interrupted naruto before he left as well

With Izumi and Sakura

"Izumi san! Your going to be late for your meeting with Itachi san and shisui san!" Sakura reminded izumi

"Hai sakura chan, Im done I'll be leaving now are you sure you can do this?" Izumi asked sakura

"Yes izumi san don't worry everything will be fine" sakura said before she shooed izumi out

"All I've gotta do is fill in as izumi san, how hard could that be?" Sakura thought but then her face fell

"I DON'T HAVE THE SHARINGAN!!!!!!" Sakura whined before she got an idea

"Sasuke kun!" Sakura called for sasuke as soon as she entered their shared mindscape

"What do you want sakura?" Sasuke asked

"Would you mind transforming into izumi san and fill in for her? Please? I'll make you tomato soup with tomato cakes?" Sakura persuaded sasuke

"I'll hate you for this" sasuke deathglared but still did it
