"You will be able to live in konoha as a shinobi but shall be under constant surveillance and if you move too far away from jiraiya sama who is going to be watching you, you get cured sometimes, or some other torture methods ibiki helped me come up with" I said while placing a seal on both orochimaru and jiraiya sama
"Do I have to follow that pervert even when he might be peeping?" orochimaru asked
"Sadly and probably yes. Now everyone here can leave except jiraiya sama and orochimaru sama" I said
"What did you need minato? Is this part of your plan?" Jiraiya asked
"Orochimaru sama, though I do not support your immortality ways, danzo is a much bigger threat and I wish you to perform the death reaper seal on danzo sama, sealing his arm forever. Now before you ask why only his arm, it is because we are going to be gaining intel on what he has been doing and hopefully it will prove as a benefit to support this peace" I said
"I can do that minato, but we might have to do it now before the anbu or root gets word about this" orochimaru said
And with that we sealed danzo's arm
