Chapter 27: Word gets out

"Okay, I've told my hawks to send the message to my Nii san" said Sasuke

"All our Kage bunshins are in place as well" said Naruto

"I hope one of your seeds lets you sleep peacefully?" asked Ino

"They were made especially for people with Insomnia" replied Sakura

"Then we don't need to worry. How about you guys? Do you have a general idea of where they all might be?" asked Ino

"We will be passing Konoha, so that's how you'd go there. We have a general location of Pein and Konan along with Kisame and some Juzo guy" said Kakashi

"Don't write anything too malicious, enough to feel threatened though" Shikamaru said before sighing

"This really is troublesome"

"Well, let's go" said Ino

"Ya better pray Akatsuki, cause this is Konoha's counter move!" said Naruto as they all got onto Sasuke's Susano before they enveloped it in a strong genjutsu and headed on their way

"Well, this is our stop" said Ino

"Good luck" wished Sakura

"So, where should Orochimaru be again?" asked Shikamaru as he faced Sasuke

"Near the Hokage's office there's a hidden alley, he should be down there" said Sasuke

"Go get em, Team 10!" said Naruto

"Don't fail your mission either, bonehead" grinned Ino before she and Shikamaru left to fulfill their part

"Guess all that's left is our part" said Naruto

"Hn, dobe. Get searching" said Sasuke

"Sasuke kun, could your Susano hold me a bit over there?" asked Sakura

"Sakura chan? I might find it before you and wouldn't we just waste time?" asked Naruto

"No, you can fly over there, Naruto. You do have those umm balls...the truth seeking orbs which make you fly right?" asked Sakura

"On it!" said Naruto as he went away

"Kaka sensei, I'll need you to search that area with me, Sasuke kun can you check this area?" asked Sakura

"Hn" replied Sasuke before he stretched his Susano's arm so it was holding Sakura and Kakashi as they searched the right side, Sasuke in the middle and Naruto on the left

"Do you sense anything, Dobe?" asked Sasuke after about 15 minutes has passed

"Nothing over here, Teme! How's Sakura chan and Kaka sensei?" asked Naruto

"We got it!" said Sakura before Sasuke retracted his arm and Naruto flew over here

"What'd ya get, Sakura chan?" asked Naruto

"We found a base, no one's located in it either, but it's pretty new, like it seems someone's been there already" said Sakura

"Let's go vandalise it!" said Naruto as he opened one of his sealing scrolls revealing paint

"We're from the future, let's modernize it, don't you think?" asked Sakura as she held spray paint cans that Sarada had 'confiscated' from Boruto

"I'm on Sakura's side" shrugged Kakashi

"Hn" said Sasuke

"Sakura chan was that 'you know my answer' or 'screw off Dobe'?" asked Naruto

"I think it's the first one" said Sakura as Naruto sighed before taking one of the spray paint cans as they landed
