Lights flashed and danced across her eyes, she even saw a few changing colors.

She didn't know where she was, who she was with, or what she was doing. She wasn't sure what she had been doing prior to now.

Thoughts crashed around her head, sending a horrid pain bouncing through her skull. She winced, lifting her hand to massage it.

But her hand wouldn't move. She shook it, panic flooding in as realization struck.

She was tied down.

"Let me-" she started, immediately stopping as it felt like her throat would rip apart. "Water-" she pleaded, suffering dehydration.

She could hear people shouting all around her. Some held her arms, some held her legs, and one was even standing behind her head. It was then that she discovered her horizontal position.

None above looked at her. Their eyes all averted towards one another, their mouths moving faster than she could follow.

What was going on?

Then she saw it. Like a flame, a gorgeous head of red hair burst into her eyesight. She shouted something to the other people, something in a different language.

Then she looked down.

Haven didn't know who it was, but she felt the familiarity. It gnawed at her, threatening to eat her alive.

The woman looked at Haven, eyes full of worry and fear. Though, the only thing she focused on was the pure emerald clouding her orbs. It looked perfect with her red hair. She was absolutely beautiful.

The walls moved quickly around her and soon, Haven found herself staring at one light above. One so big and bright she had to squint her eyes.

The redhead was gone now, having stayed behind when they entered the room. Haven smelled cleaning supplies and saw nothing but blue and white.

The people crowded around her, sending a new wave of panic. Though, that was nothing compared to the way she felt when the old man lowered the mask over her nose and mouth.

It wasn't but seconds after that she started to doze off to sleep.

Haven's eyes shot open, standing among a group of people in Asgard. She looked around, seeing confusion plastered on all of their faces.

When her gaze found its way to the stage, she understood why.

A woman stood, hand on her hip. Her hair was greasy and pitch black. Her outfit was green and charcoal, resembling the one her father favored.

"It's come to my attention that you don't know who I am." She said, looking out at the crowd. "I am Hela, Odin's firstborn, the commander of the Legions of Asgard, the rightful heir to the throne, and the Goddess of Death."

Haven felt herself gasp. Thor hadn't stopped her yet. She had made it to Asgard.

"My father is dead. As are the princes. You're welcome."

The blonde knew that was a lie. She would have seen if they had died. Clearly, and painfully.

"We were once the seat of absolute power in the cosmos. Our supremacy was unchallenged. Yet Odin stopped at Nine Realms. Our destiny is to rule over all others. And I am here to restore that power.
