Weeks have passed and Phil had been visiting the brothers more often. The brothers also visit Phil's house quite often. Phil doesn't mind anymore. They just come and go. Phil got used to them suddenly visiting, unlike Philip who tells them when he will be visiting, or they tell Philip to visit and cook for them. Phil spends a lot of time with Norway which is making them closer and also, Phil talks with Finland from time to time. Phil and Finland had been getting along pretty well. Finland

It's time for Phil to go back to therapy. Phil doesn't buy pills anymore. Phil also doesn't drink any pills anymore. Phil also learned to smile more. Phil can now smile even without Norway being by his side because whenever Phil thinks of Norway, he can't stop himself from smilling. The people at school think that it's creepy. They don't see him smile because he has a mask on to cover his mouth but they know that he's smilling because his eyes say that he is.

Philip walks inside the office of his therapist whilst he holds a paper bag. The therapist smiles at him as he enters the room. The therapist is also confused on why Phil is holding a paper bag. "What are you holding there, Phil?" The therapist asks, a bit nervous because Phil is unpredictable. Phil doesn't speak, he doesn't say anything. Phil only walks up to the therapist's desk. The therapist gulps, he's ready to push the button that will alarm the others if he's in danger.

Phil had stabbed some people before and thus Phil isn't exactly harmless. Once Phil snaps, he will take the nearest knife and stab you. Phil won't stab to kill, he just stabs to make people suffer, to feel agony like how he is feeling. There was a time when Phil stabbed America in the arm. Phil was brutally punished for what he did but he didn't regret it.

The therapist waits patiently for Phil's next move. Phil then dumps all the items that were inside the paper bag. There's only pills, a lot of pills tto be exact. The therapist is confused and relieved that it's not a dead bird or a dead rat. The therapist feels stupid for thinking that something like that was inside the paper bag. Phil hasn't done something like that in years, in decades. "What's all this, Philip?" The therapist asks. "I stopped drinking them" Phil says as he takes off his mask to smile at the therapist. Phil smiled menacingly as if he was crazy but then he laughed a bit then smiles genuinely, to tell the doctor that his menacing smile was only a joke. Phil just... Joked? Phil never jokes.

As Phil sits down on the chair, the therapist examines the dates of these medicine. Phil hasn't drank any in weeks and in months. The therapist is baffled and proud of Philip at the same time.  "I see that you've been doing well, Mr. Philip" the therapist congratulates him. "Is there anything that is helping you get through all of this?" The therapist asks him since this is quite the phenomena if he doesn't have anyone or anything.

"There is... One friend" the therapist almost fell down the chair because of shock. He just said that he has a friend. "A friend?!! May I know who?! That's wonderful news to hear, Mr. Phil!" The therapist is very excited. Phil smiles at the therapist. Phil finds the reaction quite amusing to stay the least. "he's a good friend" Phil says. The therapist is very happy to hear these words from Philip. He's been Phil's therapist for over 23 years and he never heard these words come out of Phil's mouth. Just like always, the therapist did his job. Phil seems very happy today, the nurses can tell. Phil doesn't have a depressing aura around him.

Phil goes to the usual spot. The spot where he meets Poland. Phil waits patiently for Poland. Phil doesn't drink the medicine that was given to him. After a good while of waiting, Poland finally arrived. Poland also seems normal and he seems happy. "How are you?" Phil asks. "Fine, good" Poland tells him a completely different answer from what he said a while back. "And you?" Poland returns the favor of asking. "Likewise"  They both signal the nurses to give them privacy. They all left to give the both of them privacy to talk.
