Jaehyun and Byeolmin were currently eating dinner in silence, mainly because the two of them were tired from work today. Yesterday they were all lovey-dovey, but now today, the environment changed, it was normal at this point.

" How was the communications team? " Byeolmin broke the silence.

" It was pretty busy, stressful as usual. " Jaehyun huffed while playing with his food, but slowly eating it. " You? "

" Same here, nothing much. " Byeolmin responded.

" At least you're not struggling between a couple of different languages at once every couple of minutes. My brain rarely works. " Jaehyun commented.

" I see. It's still pressuring to be on camera sometimes. " Byeolmin told him.

" Yeah, you'll get used to it. " Jaehyun reassured her, but emotionlessly.

" At least you'll get some new coworkers in two days? Doyoung is reviewing the application tomorrow and then people would start coming in the next day. It's good to meet new people who are in your sphere you know Jae? " Byeolmin tilted her head gaining the attention of her boyfriend's face who looked really tired.

" Yeah, I could agree. " Jaehyun looked at his girlfriend and then he looked back on his food.

" Are you alright? " Byeolmin asked.

" I'm just stressed. I should be asking you the same question, are you alright? " Jaehyun asked her again.

" I'm fine. " Byeolmin flashed a smile. " I'm always fine. "

" That's good to hear. " Jaehyun got up from the dining table. " You should get some rest. I'll do the dishes today. "

" Okay. " Byeolmin obeyed his words, leaving the dining table to go to her room to get ready for bed. " Thanks for doing the dishes. "

" Mhm. " Jaehyun nodded.

She's starting to feel sad as Jaehyun was suddenly changing, what happened today that made him like this? She hoped that it was only temporary.

Jaehyun on the other hand watched as his girlfriend left the dining room and proceeded to wash the dishes. After he finished, he had the gut feeling to grab his jacket and walk out of the door to their apartment.

Byeolmin definitely heard the slam on the door meaning that Jaehyun was already out. She wondered why he suddenly left without telling her.

This was the first time Jaehyun was starting to act strangely towards her.

What went wrong in their relationship?

Byeolmin disregarded her thoughts as she decided to scroll through her laptop while sitting on her bed to have minds of happy thoughts, or will it?

Jaehyun was walking in the night to the nearest convenience store, entering to buy some ramen and a corn dog, paying for it, now outside of a table in front of a lit convenient store, eating and thinking.

" Thank you. " Jaehyun said as he thanked the cashier as he paid for his late-night snack.

" You're welcome, young man. You seem stressed. Don't worry too much about it okay? " The cashier told him.

" Thank you. " Jaehyun said and left the scene.

About Byeolmin.

These days Byeolmin lets Jaehyun does whatever he wants and at this point, he felt that she was a maid he could hook up with if he wanted rather than his girlfriend.

Byeolmin's nice and everything, but she does frequently ask him how he's doing. As Jaehyun was starting to thinking about it, it felt annoying?

" I'm literally a grown-ass man, why would she ask me these things? " Jaehyun spoke to himself as he took a bite out of his corndog.
