The next day, Jaehyun and Byeolmin were about to part ways to work until Byeolmin stopped him by placing a hand on his arm, making the boy turn around.

" Hmm? " Jaehyun cooed.

" Want to go out for dinner tonight? " Byeolmin asked. " It's been a while since we ate out together. "

" Sure. What's floating in your boat today? " Jaehyun asked her.

" Maybe burgers and fries? " Byeolmin thought and gave it a go.

" That sounds good. " Jaehyun smiled as they parted ways bidding their goodbyes.

" Jaehyun, do you have any plans today? " Kyungmi visited his cubicle during the break, leaning against one of the walls.

" Uh... " Jaehyun said trying to concentrate on whatever he was doing. " I have dinner plans. "

" With whom? " Kyungmi tilted her head, using a high squeaky tone.

" With my girlfriend. " Jaehyun replied, without paying attention to her. " Maybe some other time, I don't know. "

" Okay. That's fine... " Kyungmi flashed her broke smile, turning away from him, containing her anger as usual since it was work.

Work ended that day and it was Byeolmin's turn to wait for Jaehyun at the front. She presumed that he had unfinished business such as a customer call.

As Byeolmin was waiting and scrolling through her phone, she felt a shadow in front of her, very close to her, making her turn off her phone, holding it on the side to look up to see who was in front of her.

" You really think you could steal my chance in getting with Jaehyun huh? " Kyungmi's hand pushed Byeolmin's upper body, making her lose a bit of her balance, but regained it.

" What do you mean? " Byeolmin asked, being genuinely confused.

" You treat Jaehyun like shit, but you managed to get him to say yes on your dirty little date. " Kyungmi retorted back.

" You like him? " Byeolmin asked her again.

" What do you think? But he decided to say yes to a worthless girl like you. " Kyungmi scoffed.

" I didn't know- " Byeolmin replied as Jaehyun suddenly butted himself into the conversation.

" Hey Kyungmi, what are you doing here? I sent you off work a while ago. " Jaehyun looked at the two girls facing at one another.

Kyungmi changed her expression immediately to her fake or genuine smile towards Jaehyun. " Oh, you know. I just wanted to say goodbye to Byeolmin here. I'll get going now. " Kyungmi said leaving.

Byeolmin was watching Kyungmi leave as Kyungmi turned around, shooting a death glare towards Byeolmin and turning back around. Byeolmin turn to Jaehyun who was getting his keys ready from his pocket.

" Let's go? " Jaehyun asked.

" Let's go. " Byeolmin smiled, walking out of the Natural Kimesthethics Building with Jaehyun.

" Oh my goodness Shake Shack! It's been so long since we've been here! " Byeolmin cheered.

" I know. Order your usual, I'll pay for it today. " Jaehyun said.

" You sure? " Byeolmin asked.

" Yeah, don't fight me, unless you want me to pull an Eunae. " Jaehyun reminded her.
