It was morning and was now was taking a cold shower I take cold showers because it tightened my skin and just take hot showers at night because it feels better the cold water also wakes my system up so I'm ready to go in the morning and never be tiered you have to get used to the cold water first overtime then it just became the daily basis. I got out of the shower and wrapped my robe around me, I decided to finally upload a photo to my Instagram

I got out my robe ingot into my clothes for school today I picked a gym shark set that I told my mom to order a week ago it finally came in I think I looked good why not post again on Instagram I grabbed my phone and walk over to my body mirror and held my phone up to my face in took the photo it came out great I decided to post the pic.
